I walk in I was greeted with kindness and sincerity they asked me if there’s anything I needed and they meant it I use the restroom wash my hands park my bike inside cuz I don’t have nowhere to lock it they were cool with it place my order they hook me up give me a little discount don’t know why they just decided to do that I thought that was pretty cool so hi-5 to them for that also free refills food was good fresh bathrooms were clean atmosphere was clean nice comfortable kind of quiet you know I was able to eat in peace so as far as Arby’s is concerned it’s one of the nicer ones I’ve been in

I have been to many a places. And most are fine. But whenever there is a place that gives that Early 90’s vibe. It feels so much better. It’s a vibe that has been lost with the era of ” modernization” where everything becomes sleek. Clean. Boring. If I’m gonna go to a place to eat I want it to feel special and good. Cause when the atmosphere is good. The people working there are more likely to work good. The food was good. The service was solid. But man this place should just be updated in its stuff. Some newer gear. If it’s to be renovated or rebuilt. I hope they keep the vibe of the 90’s

I placed an order in the Arby’s app Wednesday night. When I arrived a group of employees were just standing outside and I was told they were closed. When I asked about a refund I was told to call the GM the next day. The GM refused to refund me and said I have to request the refund in the app. I requested the refund through the app and didn’t so much as receive an automated reply. 48 hours later, I never received my order or my refund and had to dispute the transaction with my bank! Why should have to go through so much effort to get a refund for a prepaid order that your store decided they couldn’t fulfill because they wanted to leave early? Congratulations! You get to keep $15 but have lost a customer who came to your business twice a month or more! When your store gets shut down at least your employees can go to the same place your former customers went- Beef A Roo! Really bad flex considering the food at Beef A Roo is fresher, customer service is much better, and it’s right across the street! Glad that my $15 twice a month doesn’t mean anything to you! As you continue this behavior and more loyal customers disappear, maybe you will consider changing how you treat your customers-especially when this was all caused by your store closing early and forgetting to turn off online orders. Would not be a bit surprised if the assistant manager that night canceled/refunded my order after I drove off and pocketed the money. Hopefully others join me in supporting Beef A Roo across the street and boycott Arby’s! A simple refund of $15 but nah you’d rather just anger the customer and make the customer dispute the transaction with the bank! That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of! “Sorry we closed early and can’t make your order. We also don’t issue refunds even if the mistake was ours.” DO NOT EAT HERE! I gave you another chance after the last time of getting the oldest and coldest fries Ive ever received but yall done FAFO! I’ve already contacted an attorney who specializes in class action lawsuits! You cannot legally refuse me a refund for food I didn’t receive because your employees wanted to close early! Your management refused a $15 refund which has cost them at least $350/yr in lost revenue from me and court costs but hey I’m just one customer and I don’t matter right? Until 1 becomes 10, 10 becomes 100 and so on. Your store management thinks they one upped me by keeping my money but just to make a point I am going to continue with the lawsuit and then we will see who one upped who!

Service neg 10000, came thru to see if an order that was placed on an online app was ready. On the app (we used DoorDash) it said the store was open & taking orders. So we placed an order however ig the fire department showed up. I have no clue when they arrived nor what happened but I have to be honest I don’t really care. The individual at the window spoken very rudely even before I can say anything. They responded with that they dealing with the fire department (I can obviously see that I have two working eyes) all I wanted to know to if the order we placed happened to be ready bc once again we got no clue when the incident happened but responding rudely isn’t alright nor is closing the store however allowing DoorDash orders, ik for a fact every food place has a way to turn offline online ordering if needed. Get better with the customer service idc what the issue is within the store, I just wanted to ask a simple question but was treated rudely.

So I ordered two sandwiches and two orders of fries and I asked if you would please put them in separate sacks and he did not I had to ask for an extra sack and do it myself… I also asked if I could get extra arby sauce and extra ketchup and I got 3 Arby’s sauce and 3 ketchups.. they gave me that for two sandwiches and two orders of medium curly fries…then I had to go back again and ask for extra Arby’s sauce, and the guy turned around and grab two more packets and gave that to me so I just closed my socks up and walked out after that… I spent $21 in there, you would think that giving me a little bit of ketchup and Arby’s sauce would be not such a huge deal.. the gentleman up front mission sorry I’m the only one up here I’m thinking bro there’s only been one other person order after I did… You can count on one hand how many people were in the entire restaurant…i just fill like Nobody listens anymore, or maybe I just don’t really care I don’t know which one it is..fast food chains can definitely afford to pay their employees better, and with better pay comes better employees..but I come to realization that if u don’t want to be disappointed in people just stay at home ….i will say the food was Hot, or at least it was when I first got it

This location on 1416 Kearney Street in Springfield, Missouri, had great service with a smile and hot, fresh curly fries. The beef n cheddar was complete with the special sauce that is sometimes missing from this sandwich at other locations I’ve been to, so bravo to them for that! There was also no waiting at the register!

If I could give zero stars I would. Went here for lunch yesterday and asked for more Arby’s sauce after one getting a couple packets. The guy working around lunch time with the dark hair and mustache was extremely off putting and rude. Told me he could give me a couple more. I ordered a lot of food and put the sauce on everything. He was acting like the sauce comes out of his paycheck. After paying $14 for a meal you would think that I could get more than a few sauce packets. Think he needs some more training on customer service because it was absolutely unprofessional. Won’t be back.

The girl that took my order through drive-thru was very rude….. When I got to the window it was a man named Logan who decided not to give up the girl’s name who was very rude to me in the window for this review…… Everybody stared at me through the drive-thru window so I felt like I should check my food once I left….. It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Arby’s so I ordered a medium roast beef and the lady argued with me about a double roast beef…… Will never go back to this Arby’s again…. I asked for ranch and marinara with my mozzarella sticks and I only received one marinara sauce. I don’t feel like their jobs are that hard and if they’re not happy about taking somebody’s order then they need to move on….. I was in a great mood until I showed up at this place and this is the reason I will not return….. And for Logan….. He didn’t do anything to make me smile!!!!!
