This has always been a reliable restaurant. I know if I want to have a good meal I should just come to Denny’s. The location in Klamath Falls has always done me well. This time I ordered breakfast. My go to is typically the bacon avocado burger. It feels good to know there is a place in town that you can trust for consistency and quality.

I placed an order over the phone at 7:00pm 03/02/2026, arrived at 7:25pm. Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged and there were only 2 booths with people in it. I saw my food sitting on the ready tray with the to-go box open. Kept waiting for the lady to even look at me even when I was right there at the counter and by the time she said anything to me had been 25 minutes later. Food was cold when I got it. The store phone was ringing a few times and she blatantly said “im not answering the phone, they can wait”. She didnt seem like she wanted to be there in the first place based on her demeanor, and it seemed like she was taking it out on the paying customers.

The restaurant is bright and clean. The service was courteous and efficuent. The coffee was good. They had French vanilla creamer. I ate the red, white and blueberry pamcske grand slam. My companion had eggs benny. Our meals were served hot and tasted fresh and delicious.

I love Denny’s. I was quite surprised to see that their prices seem to have come down lately! This Denny’s has wonderful staff! They are hard-working, attentive, and friendly. I don’t know anyone there, personally! I just am always treated very well, when I come there. The food has always been prepared just right, also. Not many 24 hour places left! This is a gem, and part of a dying breed.

This Denny’s location was just alright. The place was kind of smoked up from all the cooking. The food was just okay and the service was a bit slow but I could tell that our waitress was trying her best to handle multiple tables and tasks.

It was $55 for 2 meals $5 for apple juice. And the food was basically hot garbage, my Mac n cheese looked like it had been reheated in butter and sprinkled with more cheese it was greasy. The avocado on my boyfriend’s burger was brown I went to the bathroom and heaven forbid a girl can go pee without having to sit on someone’s blood. So I just held it till I got home. The tables were sticky and gross. The waitress was very sweet and we really enjoyed her and the service, but the food and all around sanitation was foul.

A friend and I went for coffee. We wanted somewhere to talk for about an hour. We each had 2 refills and was checked on just enough. Refilled before cups were empty. I really appreciate this Denny’s location.

I placed an order from Denny’s totaling $107, and even had to place a second order for one of the burgers I forgot meaning I ended up tipping twice ($21 total of the 107 I paid was tip). Unfortunately, both of our bacon burgers arrived without any bacon at all, and the fries were way overcooked.
My daughters said her French toast was unedible It was completely burnt on one side and not cooked at all on the others side the edge was still raw.
The biggest disappointment was the Philly omelet. There were no bell peppers, the steak was in giant chunks, the cheese was only on half of it, and it wasn’t holding together like an omelet should. The eggs were overcooked and overly greasy, which made it inedible for me I ended up giving it to my kid who will eat anything instead of having dinner myself.
I’m still giving 4 stars because I’ve eaten here at night before and usually have a great experience, especially with the night cook who makes my eggs perfectly (I even tip him an extra $5 just for that). I’m guessing this was just a different cook or a bad night, but for the amount I paid, the wait time, and the quality of this order, it was a real letdown or I wouldn’t be taking the time to complain. It’s just two expensive for three of four of us to have gross food.
