The food was great and the service was amazing! The cashier, Farenscia, was kind and brought out extra breadsticks without me having to ask. The breadsticks are the best part of every fazolis meal and they did not disappoint! Price was fair and the store was clean. Would recommend if you’re a broke college kid craving fazolis.

Every time my mother and I come to Fort Wayne we love to stop at this restaurant. We have been coming here for years and we genuinely enjoy the food. The food always comes out very fast and hot and we’ve never had a single issue with it. Today we had a lovely gentleman, Von, take our order and bring us our food. Von was extremely attentive and brought us fresh breadsticks, and even bagged some us for us to take home without even asking. The service industry needs more employees like this young man.

Omg the Cerrin (I hope I spelt it correctly) was soooo nice while she took my order and brought it too me, soooooo sweet.. She let me vent a little after my delivery order went kinda crazy and when I came back from washing my hands she seen I just sat down and she got my fork for me. She didn’t have to do that at all but she was so kind to do so. Definitely a keeper such a good worker!

I love Fazoli’s and this is the closest one for me which is an hour away. I probably eat at this location once or twice a year. Here is my review for this location.
Pros:
1. Lunch time specials are priced just perfectly and the variety is perfect! It is WAY CHEAPER than McDonald’s!!
2. Did I mention it was cheaper than McDonald’s
3. The food quality is pretty good for fast food Italian.
4. Staff are super friendly.
5. Want more bread sticks just ask! They do not walk around anymore but they still give out more than enough.
6. They have actual real plates and silverware!
Cons:
1. The place needs a deep clean what I mean is the carpet is free of trash but it needs shampooing really bad.
2. The drink area needed to be cleaned up some what I mean is the containers and things just needed organized better and needs to be cleaner.

First of all, the employees were quite friendly and tried to be accommodating. Unfortunately, Pieces of the pizza were missing about 1/3 of the cheese and were slightly undercooked (lukewarm). I know that the kitchen makes a mistake sometimes, but how was this ever delivered to my table?

The food is a good value for the serving size, and the employees are constantly checking to see if you want more bread sticks. My last meal here was a lunch special and the lasagna noodles were still hard and the ends burned.

Went through the drive through and it was kind of late but Jess was super awesome and had such an upbeat attitude, look I’ve done fast food so I KNOW how it is sometimes. Some recognition from management to her might go a long way.
