I ordered a L unsweetened ice tea with no ice here 10/29/25 at 238pm. The attendant even confirmed with me that I wanted unsweetened tea when she handed it yo me. I left, headed down the highway, only to realize 10 minutes later it was sweetened. I guess customers need to check their orders before they leave the drive thru window. 🙁

I visited this place recently and what truly stood out was the amazing customer service. We placed our order at the self-service machine, and shortly after, a young Latina woman brought our food to the table. Although I didn’t catch her name, she made a lasting impression.
She greeted us with a warm, kind attitude, was extremely polite, and had a beautiful smile that instantly brightened our morning. Her genuine kindness and professionalism made the experience unforgettable.
It was truly a great way to start the day, and her outstanding service was, without a doubt, the highlight. I hope management recognizes what a gem they have on their team!

I just ordered a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and Bacon in exchange for sausage, extra egg. I arrived home with sausage no bacon so frustrated. I keep calling and the line remains Busy. Even my receipt says Bacon!!! along with the slip on my meal “Bacon”.

Oh my goodness, at times this McDonald’s runs smoothly and at other times they don’t seem to know what they should be doing; take orders, take money and hand out food, no rocket science.
The tropical mango slushie is not good. Ice and a hint of flavor, maybe mango. Nothing tropical about this drink.

I was so hungry in the morning after dropping my kids off. I just wanted to get something quick and started thinking about where I could go that was along my route. I thought of Chic fil A and McDonald’s by the Ritchie Station Marketplace. I ended up deciding on McDonald’s because I thought I would get more bang got my buck. I was partially wrong because I didn’t think what I received aligned with the value of what I actually got.
I got the steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal and a plain sausage mcgriddle. The food was fresh and warm so I had no qualms about that. However, to much of my surprise, I did not know there was an uncharted for orange juice and by the time I got to the window to pay it caught me by surprise and was not too happy. When I also got my food, the manager reiterated that outside of the coffee that comes with the breakfast, there’s an upcharge for orange juice or one of their other drinks I cannot remember currently.
I think they should let folks know this beforehand so they aren’t caught off guard by a $2.10 upcharge. Outside of this, the visualization was fine but guess what I will not be getting next time?

This is my 2nd time using the McDelivery service and they have failed to add my fries. They do not have a working number as well. At this point it seems like more than a mistake but a pattern. Never ordering from here again.

I am big on customer service as we all should be sorry to say I will never go to this location again. You try to contact management you can forget it. The Spanish people working there think they can talk to you anyway and no one does anything about it I had one of the Spanish managers shut the window in my face while I was talking to her so disrespectful and they need to be trained on customer service. It is not okay to be treated anyway and as long as we continue to give money to these kind of businesses it will continue to happen.
