The hot end is very hot for the sauces,the noodles are mid… I like ramen noodles TBH Recommendation stay away from the rice(most plain rice ive ever eaten) pile the veggies and some meats with the sweeter sauces.. the employees were very nice finished off with sweet and sour and the works

We used to live by Sioux Falls and this Hu Hot was our favorite. We came to Sioux Falls for vacation and came here tonight. So incredibly disappointed. To start they put us in the back corner, which would’ve been fine, but my son is in a wheelchair and we had to try to figure out how to go around all the tables with no help from the person seating us. The floor was sticky from being so dirty, the buffet was filthy (to the point where the sauces were pouring over the side of the buffet), food and sauces were not filled, the grill area was nasty…I could go on. Our waitress was very nice so that was something redeeming to the whole experience. Not sure what happened to this place but we will not be returning to this one. Praying we don’t get sick I rarely post reviews but this was so bad. *Update* My husband is sick

Save your money and spend the time to go to the east side location they have better cooks better service and a better atmosphere. Why can I make the same thing at both and it taste like shit here and so good on the east side? Never seen a manager. Didn’t see our server after we got our first drinks tell we were done waiting on a check with empty drinks. It’s been like this for years and I try every few years and constantly disappointed.

We went at a very busy time. Definitely understand having to wait longer for things. We were seated right away. Line to get food extremely long. It wrapped back around to front of were starts to get food. It was extremely awkward trying to squeeze through while getting food and then again finding the end of the line to the grill. The chefs were trying to move through quickly. Things tended to get mixed quite a bit. I think no matter what that will happen even when not busy just simply by the design of the restaurant, but definitely seemed more than times I’ve been here previously. By the time I got my food, many things missing and other things from other people’s meals mixed in. Not the end of the world, but hoped could be a little better. Most of the table ordered water, but a couple ordered drinks. Waitress barely checked up for refills. We didn’t order appetizers or anything else, so we didn’t need much. Again, I understand busy time it is difficult to keep up, but in the future I would probably try to go at a slower time of day when it is less chaotic and crowded. I would not recommend going peak hours or with more than a couple people.

We’ve ate here for years and this time was just different. Our waitress was amazing but the environment was a mess. Food all over the floor. The sauces were all over the counter along with multiple veggies in the sauces making it difficult to just dish sauce and not veggies. The boys bathroom was atrocious. There was toilet was everywhere.

I came to this location after going to the east side location for so long. And now I come here at least once to twice a week. The staff are amazing. The servers Jordan and Kelsey are phenomenal at their job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. And the main grill cook is absolutely astounding at his job. Makes it fun to watch and wait for your food. Which in my opinion 10 times out of 10 has been fire so good. All three deserve to be paid the maximum amount they can. Its a 50/50 split i go there for the food and the great people working. Would recommend too everyone. I finally got the grill masters name on my return visit. David does a phenomenal job also. APLUS all the way around 100%

Food was fantastic and so were the chefs. Everything started out great, a male server (I wish he was my server the whole time) told me how everything works and was super nice. I sat down with my food and the only time my actual server addressed me was to ask, “are you ready to go?” It took forever for her to finally refill my drink as she spent almost no time on the floor, I couldn’t even flag her down to ask for a refill. When she finally came, again it was, “are you ready to go?” Like, can I just get a refill? It was 7:45 on a Monday night and not busy. It’s not like it’s closing time. You don’t need to push paying customers out the door. Maybe try asking ANYTHING besides, “are you ready to go?” The chefs got tipped but why in the world would I tip a server that’s trying to shove me out the door.
