Too expensive. Everything always seems like it has been sitting out and/or under heat lamps forever. It is so gross. There will come a time that I will stop giving them chance after chance. Plus, the open 24/7 locations are a myth. Many aren’t anymore. Ice cold so-called food that is supposed to be hot, 99% ice and 1% drinks, and no refills. Sorry, I’m out. McDonald’s sucks nowadays. Yes, all of them. From a former employee many decades ago, I know this for a fact and it shows. I could go anywhere and get a better deal and hotter meals.

The food was the same as at every other McD’s, the service was fine, but what wasn’t quite as fine was the half dozen tweeners running roughshod around the place, shouting, throwing stuff, with no parents to control them and no pushback on their behavior from staff. Nothing terrible, mind you, just kids being a little overly rowdy. McDonald’s is kind of my go to on the road when I need a place to get a coffee, sit in a booth, plug in my devices, get on WiFi, and get stuff done.

Eli has been doing great! Everytime I’ve come through the drive thru and he’s working, he’s always quick to answer the headset as soon as feasibly possible.
I think he’s doing an awesome job, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves (maybe a raise, even).

First time going inside this location, ordered at the kiosk and sat down. The amount of teenagers allowed to run around the place and be jerks is annoying and disgusting. Made myself and daughter feel uncomfortable being there when theyre using profanity, running around the whole place and staring at you like you dont belong there. On top of it the young lady that was supposed to bring my order to the table walked around like she had no idea what was going on or what the number 12 was. Had to call her over and remind her that my order had come with a drink. Got my food and audibly said I need to get the hell out of here. It was like being in the twilight zone. Drive through is fine as long as you dont have to deal with anyone inside.

I was in the area, hungry and I had a free offer on the app for a McChicken sandwich. I looked at the reviews of this McDonald’s and WOW , they are negative!
I ordered curbside through the app. I had a six minute wait, which is reasonable. It was lunchtime and the cars started to pull in. I did notice that two people had to pull forward and wait. The woman who brought my order out to me had let me know that the fries were fresh and hot.
My sandwich looked beaten up. The food is, well, McDonald’s. If I’m in the area and my daughter wants french fries , I will try this franchise again and order through the app.
Update: Thursday afternoon, March 2023; Had an offer through the app and ate inside. Large children’s play area. WiFi and self ordering kiosks available. Food looked better.
Update: June 2024; Another freebie. The staff were cleaning inside. Outside looked good.
Update: October- December 2025; The Oreo McFlurry was okay. My son inhaled his vanilla ice-cream. Delivery through Door Dash.

Absolutely appalled. I asked for my fries to please be hot. So I was told they would’ve cooked to order, instead they used old fries and reheated them in the fryer. How lazy. Definitely calling the health department. This cannot be ok.

Did it take a while on a Wednesday night? It was 12 minutes from the time I ordered it until the time I picked up my food.
The person at the window where you pay was very nice and the young man at the food pickup window was extremely polite without even saying anything to him, he said, I apologize for the delay.. I said not necessary, I know you guys are busy here.
Food was hot. Tasted good, but you definitely probably need to allow more time than you’re used to. If you have an appointment nearby within 15 minutes, you might be cutting it too close.

One of the better McDonald’s franchisees in tbe area. The restaurant and play area are kept clean and the food is actually delivered fresh. However the staff does seem a bit confused and disorganized at times which can cause a bit of an extended wait time for getting your order
