It was not a pleasant experience. The ambiance was ok and somewhat welcoming.

The waiters were friendly and nice.

The restaurant was tidy, could be cleaner, so I’m 0rating it 7/10.

Talking about the food:
● Toca (Octopus) $5.45, very tough
● White tuna $4.45, fishy
● Tuna $7.95, Fishy
● Yellow tall $4.65
● Biggie vege roll $10.95, flavorless
● Srimp tempura roll $9.95, the shrimp are not cleaned properly, please reffer to the pics
● Dragon roll $16.95, too sweet, the eel was not cooked properly
● Alligator roll $17.95
● Chiken katsu $22.95, not pad
● Shrimp tempura 8 pcs $19.95, flavorless

I would say I had a much better sushi than this.

The price is considered too expensive for the food and quality they are providing.

The waiter had the audacity to co.e and argue with me to increase her tip from the 15% I gave her

Would I come back? Definitely, no, I would not

Great lunch buffet for about 25$ including a nice variety of nigiri and sushi rolls! There are also hot items as well such as tempura shrimp/vegetables, stir fry etc. But the AYCE sushi is the star of the show – good fresh fish cut decently thick and a decent fish to rice ratio. Nigiri varieties include salmon, tuna, mackerel, red snapper, toasted eel, as well as a couple others.

Service is great as well, the waitresses wear traditional robes which is such a nice touch.

Cash gets you a 5% discount!

Fridays and Saturdays can be pretty busy. At peak times you will need to wait in line to get food. Come at 11 am for the best experience, or on another weekday. They do start to run out of food near closing time.

You can also get takeout from the buffet for 12.50$/lb as of writing this review which is a VERY good deal. The attached photo shows 2 lbs of takeout for about 25$. There is no other restaurant within a 45 min drive in any direction where you can get this abundance of solid quality fish in the exact variety you want.

Run don’t walk to Yuraku! You’ll be hard pressed to find a better value on (actually good) sushi in Maryland!

Most delicious and fresh sushi I’ve ever had! I also got a soup and I loved it! So flavourful! They also have carry out, and a small but coze dining area where you are served happily by their staff dressed in traditional Japanese clothes. The sushi bar is nice for those who want to see the art of sushi making in action . I can’t wait to go back!

A self-serve, all-you-can-eat sushi buffet with some of the best sushi around! Can get crowded during the lunch rush, but they more than make up for it with the quality of their ingredients. Will return (and often)!

Fresh. Busy sushi place equals high turnover of inventory which means fresh sushi. Is it the cheapest place? Debatable. But i always have a great meal here. And free grilled salmon heads? Always a plus. I have a secret favorite meal here which i wont tell you about because the value for money for the dish is amazing, and if it gets too popular they’re gonna raise the price.

If you’re looking to indulge in some sushi, you won’t be disappointed with this place, which offers a variety of lunch specials that are good enough to satisfy even if the sushi isn’t top-notch.

I recommend this place because it has a much larger selection and higher quality of sushi than the sushi buffet restaurant at Fairfax Mall.

I went back here after almost a year and was very satisfied, and it’s a place I would visit often if it were closer.

It’s a bit of a drive from Northern Virginia, but if you can make it here on a free weekday lunch hour, you’ll be happy you did.

As a side note, if you pay with cash, you’ll get a 5% discount on your bill, so it might be worth bringing some cash with you.

We went there for dinner on one of the weekends and the place was super packed. We got seats faster though. The service is great and the place has a good ambiance. However, the quality of the food needs some attention. The food wasn’t bad but we had better sushi in so many places so they could do better with some of the items. The chicken and shrimp teriyaki was very sweet and the chicken didn’t taste right. Some of the sushi was good but others were okay. Overall, I would still recommend this place.

I have not had the chance to try their other menus, but we’ve always come here for their “all you can eat” buffet for lunch and it never fails to disappoint. For the amount of what you’re paying and the food you’re getting, it’s worth it for sure. Sure, it doesn’t measure up to the bigger sushi buffet restaurants out there, but it doesn’t pretend to be. They offer adequate selection of sushi, rolls, hot food (Korean/Japanese), and they offer to fill that appetite more than enough. We know many folks who commute from VA to venture to eat here for many years, and honestly, it’s no surprise why people still do so.

Good food, service, and atmosphere. The aisles are very narrow, though. I like ______ narrow, but not _____.

Be sure to look up when you’re getting food. There’s on top of the food bar.

Friendly staff. Generous helpings on the Sushi. Japanese Beer. Whole family had a great time and dinner.

The buffet is well stocked at lunch.

Definitely stop in.

Update:
The lunch buffet is not the draw it used to be. Increasing prices are definitely noticeable.
