So as usual, no one is at the register so I’m forced to place my order at the kiosk. Kiosk was out of paper after I paid, so no receipt. No problem right? Wrong! I asked for a receipt after getting my order and the manager pointed at the ticket with the order number and said that was the receipt. I keep all receipts for tax purposes. How in the world do I present this to the IRS with no purchase amount or how much taxes I paid on it. Wasn’t worth a big fuss so I let it go. But at least have someone who can provide receipts when needed.

Do not waste your time stopping at the McDonald’s. The employees ignore customers, the food was stale and lacked the basic components. They took close to 30 minutes to get an order out though we could see our drinks sitting on a tray. When I thought nothing else could go wrong, I took a drink of my sweet tea just to find it was not just watery from the melted ice, but also unsweetened.

This location gets worse with each visit. Wrong orders, clueless employees, and a general lack of care for customers and their satisfaction. On the rare occasion that your order is correct and they happen to have one or two employees working that care in the slightest about doing their job correctly, the food isn’t terrible. Avoid this one. Trust me.

Its a 5 minute drive from the window to my house. The fries were soggy and shriveled and cold, the ice in the drinks had melted, both entrees was cold. 50% of the time the orders are wrong so you have to navigate the bad traffic at this site for correction. Pitiful food and inattentiveness.

Attitude- said good morning and got a hun ha. Tried to be kind, but what, what a mood. Then the cashier with the red shirt walked next to the friers to make a phone call and drink her drink. Had to ask for my stuff to be put on a tray to eat in. The kitchens had a mess with grease all over the floor and some of the dining room. A great lawsuit waiting to happen.

By far the worst McDonalds EVER! I’m a truck driver and laid over at the truck stop next door for the weekend. I visited this McDonald’s 3 times now, at different times of the days, seeing different staff over the several days I was here. The bottom buns on ANY kind of burger you get seem to be stale as they are hard. Service sucks beyond description at any hour of the day so I opted to use the mobile app rather than deal with the unprofessionalism. Trash can outside is over flowing for 2 days now, with trash falling out and blowing in the wind. I picked up trash a couple of times now and placed it back in the can. If a food inspector ever showed up to this place, I bet there will be some huge fines handed out as the food preparedness area was very dirty. The quality of food is unsatisfying to say the least. From their beef to that disgusting chicken BigMac, the meat is dry and the burgers have barely any condiments on them. Always had to go back to the truck to add condiments. The sausage egg mcmuffin had a runny egg whites and the muffins weren’t buttered, making this sandwich hard to stomach. There’s definitely no pride in what this establishment serves, whether it’s their food or service.

I ordered a sausage muffin and a large ice coffee. Tell me why McDonald’s doesn’t know how to make a regular ice coffee with just cream & SUGAR. They always want a flavor but I do not like the flavors. I just like simple cold coffee.
I have been to McDonalds all over the country and it seems mostly all McDonalds will ring up my “regular” ice coffee as a plain ice coffee. Which then I receive a large black ice coffee. No cream. No sugar. It gets annoying! So annoying I started carrying my own sugar to fix y’all mistakes. I prefer liquid sugar since it mixes better than granulated sugar but I got tired of wasting money and throwing out ice coffees that weren’t made right. See what McDonalds all over the country has made me resort to. I shouldn’t have to fix mistakes. I spend money at the establishment and I should get what I’m paying for. Let’s re-train your employees on proper methods!

This is not a good McDonald’s . My fries were old . It took 15 minutes for me to get my food . The workers were grabbing 10:1 with their hands , the tongs were there but they were not being used . They only had 1 tray of 10:1 and it was only 5:30 I don’t know much but I do know they need more than 1 tray out around that time . 10 minute wait for one mcdouble too .
