First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I had a great brunch at First Watch! The place has a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service. I ordered the egg, beef, and avocado taco—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried the avocado toast with salmon, which was light, healthy, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for a relaxing, delicious breakfast or lunch.

I went here for the first time with my father that’s in town from MI. Mikey was our server, and what an incredible experience we had. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, and he was so kind. He went above and beyond every way he could such as letting me sample the juices so I could decide on which one I’d like to get. The bacon he recommended was delicious. I will definitely return not only because of the food, but because such great costumer service we received from him, and will ask for him every time! Thanks Mikey!!

Andrew was at the host station and he was very kind and accommodating. He’s a great representative to welcome people when they come to the restaurant. Our server was Mikey, and he was one of THE BEST we’ve ever had… Very attentive and a great listener. They both made the experience so pleasant. Of course, we are excited that we arrived as soon as the pumpkin pancake breakfast was available. Always a classic and we look forward to it every year.
Your restrooms were clean and tidy, coffee was hot and fresh… everything was perfect.

First Watch is our go-to spot for a delicious and affordable brunch! The food is always fresh and flavorful, and the menu has something for everyone. Our kids especially love the waffles — they’re a huge hit every time. The service is friendly, Sam was awesome , the atmosphere is bright and welcoming. A great place for families or a casual brunch with friends. Highly recommend!

We came straight from church so it was busy but we only had to wait 25 minutes. You do have the option to check on via their app. Miranda was a fabulous server! Personable and took great care of us. The eggs were cooked to perfection (OM), the chicken breakfast sausage and the pumpkin pancakes, so flavorful! Let’s not forget about the honey caramel crunch iced coffee. No complaints whatsoever!

It’s always a great experience dining at the First Watch in Largo!! The restaurant has pleasant country style decor and is kept in order from the tables to the cleanliness overall. Our server Sam was excellent with menu suggestions and her great service!! As usual, the food was delicious, great portions and served quickly at the proper temperatures!! Definitely recommend checking it out here with the great service and selections of menu items for both breakfast and brunch!!

The food was fresh and flavorful. I got the bacado omelet, only I did turkey sausage instead of the bacon, the hubby did the tri-fecta, both were delicious. I got the regular iced coffee as well and it was perfect. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. Overall a pleasant experience.

The atmosphere is very vibrant, family friendly and relaxing. The coffee tastes fresh made and is really good if you’re looking for a good wake-up cup of Joe in the morning. We been coming here for the past year and it never disappoints. Service is professional and timely.
We got the market street hash with biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy were tender and melt in your mouth. The goat cheese was creamy and compliments the potatoes. Vegetables were well seasoned and well cooked. Eggs were cooked to perfection as ordered. We also got the trifecta which is a classic and it was classically tasty.
