We stop at this Wendy’s every Wednesday & Thursday after hockey practice with my daughter. Wednesday night I asked the gentleman helping us in the drive thru if he would mind getting us some ketchup…either in a to go cup or a small water cup and some packets. He was AMAZING!! Came back with a to go cup and asked does this work!
Thursday night I asked for the same thing…the person helping said “we can’t do that.”
I said “a gentleman last night took care of me – we have a hour and a half drive and I just want a to go container of ketchup.”
She said “our district manager is in right now and I did that earlier and she said we don’t do that for customers.”
I said “I work at a 5 star luxury resort, but what you’re telling me is you don’t take care of guests.”
She said, “yes, that’s right we don’t”
Alright ma’am
I think you made need to consider talking to your district manager

Love their food and the price. but this new thing about forcing customer to use the kiosk for ordering delay ordering to the point that me and 2 other people walk away go get food elsewhere. I question why if the have the personal why theyblet business walk away. I ask the cashier and he reply that his manager wanted people to order themselves while the employee stand right there. Not very smart way to handle sales if you ask me.

Constantly changing what can and can’t be done. Ive been stopping here for years and most recently appalled by this “new” ownership. What wendys have you gone to that you can’t order a bake potato instead of fries for an upcharge? Or better yet.. one that has their soda machine down, but will upcharge you for lemonade and water. During the days service is the worst, all they do preach about new ownership. There’s not much that you could expect from Wendy’s, but a little bit of consistency would be great.

Quality of food is below normal standard at this location. First time I can remember, my Dave’s double was burnt and dry. Like they had it under the heat lamp since the dinner rush 2 hours ago. I’ll avoid going to this place if I have too.

A little of an older Wendy’s location.. service is often fast. But fries and nuggets seem always cold and old… often out of flavors for soda too. But at least staff is friendly.. even at 8pm

If I can give this Wendy’s 0- stars I would . I will never return to this Wendy’s ever again , horrible customer service food was cold and took 15-18 minutes to get my food with one car in front of me. The customer service was the worst there’s some weird people working at this location and they lock the doors early ,I believe by 9:30 pm 2/7.. very odd weird people working at this location at night beware and proceed with caution

The food is actually good… when you get it! Came last week and I was in line for 15 minutes before they even took my order. Came tonight and “the system is down.” Doors are locked most of the time too so good luck going inside, even during the day.

The lobby of this restaurant is closed (as of my visit 4/12/22) which may be a sign of bad management. However after calling the store upon arrival, my online order was brought out to me while I was in the drive thru line thus speeding up my pickup. Kudos to that lady for taking the initiative.
10/15/2023. This store is pathetic. The service is extremely slow and the staff does not care. The online order sign is a joke because you still have to wait in line to get your order because the staff does not man the counter. Then they ignore you when you are standing there waiting. Take your business else where.

Went to order food for me and co worker each of us had a coupon to add to our meal the drive thru worker informed me they have new owners and will only allow one coupon per visit no matter what
