Such a great lunch at Luscious Dumplings. I am particular about my dumplings and this place was on point. The green beans were also a highlight of the meal. I would order those again. I also really liked the pork soup dumplings. I wish I had saved enough room for the dessert dumplings. The service was also very good. Gio was our server and was excellent. He did a great job recommending dishes. My dad doesn’t usually do well at dim sum places, so his help guiding my dad through the menu was greatly appreciated. My nephew ordered the chicken tenders. It was nice to have more options for the kids. We will be back.

It was SO good…my goodness, I left so stuffed from all the food. I had their thumb pan-fried pork dumplings and an angus beef chunk noodle bowl, and both of them were delicious. The service was great…it was my first time there and the servers took the time to give their suggestions and shared popular items. I will absolutely be coming back!

This is our new favorite Chinese restaurant in San Antonio! First, they don’t take reservations except for parties 8 or more, but do have a Yelp waitlist. We joined the waitlist before arrival while shopping at about 440pm, with 9 people in line ahead of us. We watched the waitlist, and arrived at 5pm with 2 people ahead of us and only had a few minute wait. (The lobby was full of people waiting when we arrived and full when we left.) At the recommendation of our waitress, my husband got the Szechuan Chicken; I had the Pork Belly with Peppers; and we shared an order of Beef, Cheese, and Onion Dumplings. I also ordered a drink from the Holiday cocktail menu. Our food and drinks were very good, and we didn’t wait long for our orders even with a busy restaurant. The portions were generous, and we had leftovers. Definitely worth trying (and joining the waitlist before arrival) if you like Chinese or Chinese fusion food. Included the full menu in the post.

My family and I had to try the soup dumplings and this place did not disappoint. Pan fried pork dumplings were hot and tasty, loved the sauce it came with. The soup dumplings were exceptionally hot so be careful (but that was perfectly fine with me). And of course those custard and red bean paste filled bunnies and pigs were precious and a must try. But I think the real star here were the custard filled charcoal buns, they were something I’ve never tasted before and although it was not my favorite, I’m so glad I tried them. We ended with my favorite sweet treat, sesame balls

This is a beautiful restaurant. The service was top tier! The food was pretty good the drinks were outstanding. Had the dumplings were tasty and moist. The triple delight lo mein was pretty good. Delicious food. Fresh and hot. This is a popular place so be prepared for some wait on weekends. Dessert is A MUST try! It’s takes a while so may want to order accordingly. Green beans is STAR dish. This place is outstanding! We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. We had the beef and rice, sesame balls and little piggy red bean buns. The waitress said it would take 25 to 30 minutes for the buns but they were out in like 10 minutes. The servers were very attentive and stopped by the table several times to ask if we needed anything. The food came out hot and was very tasty! Definitely will go back here again.

Luscious dumpling was so good! Definitely recommend coming here. Spicy wonton, pan fried cabbage, shrimp and pork dumplings, angus beef stew with hand pulled noodles were delicious. Riley was a great server and provided us with great recommendations. Will definitely come again!

Me and my friend had an amazing dinner yesterday and in definitely going back tonight! Ordered 6 different buns and dumplings and can’t wait to order the rest! Our server Gio was phenomenal. Food was really good, served piping hot and fresh. We went during a really busy time and our waitress forgot our drink orders but I was able to flag her down and put the order in. Otherwise this place is great! We had a beef vegetable soup with dumplings on the side. My neice had the bbq dumplings and egg rolls. Oh I also ordered the scallion pancakes which were ok…maybe not as flavorful as I imagined they would but oh well! We had to circle the parking lot a couple times to get a spot.
