After normal dinner time. Stopped with mom. Place was packed and long line. It was her first time. She was surprised when she found out that the peanuts were free. So with peanuts she found a table and let me go order. After a time of catching up our order was called. Burger was great. And mom couldn’t believe the portion of fries. Side not – I noticed that the location posts where their fries come from.

I was there today at 9: to 9:32 pm. We placed our order and sat down. I went to the restroom quick and the employees must have not seen me come out because when I did they were throwing slices of cheese against the metal wall. It was the older cook with a beard doing it and they were just laughing, including the young lady at the register. I came around the corner and they stopped but continued to use the same cheese slices they were throwing. Our food luckily didn’t have any cheese but I was very disgusted. We love this place but not after what I saw. So gross. Not going there again.

It was good and it didn’t take too long for the food. It was a typical five guys experience. The food was decent but a bit expensive these days. I know food costs are up across the board but for a family of 4 and it costs like 80 for burgers. We typically do habit burger and it’s a little more reasonable. This location was easy off the freeway and back on and my wife who has to eat GF can do that at five guys. But it’s getting a bit expensive and for that we recommend other options if you have time to wait.

This was our first time at this particular Five Guys location. Unfortunately, while our burgers, milkshake, and fries tasted absolutely great, my mother found a hair in the burger she ordered (not the burger pictured. Unfortunately, I didn’t think to take a picture of the affected burger). After taking it to the counter, the employee offered her either a new burger or a full refund. Since this is the bare minimum, we would’ve appreciated a comped burger (refund + new burger) for the troubles of having a hair in the burger. None of the employees were wearing hair nets or anything, and since a hair managed to get inside of the burger (in the cheese), I can’t imagine that the cleanliness standards are fully up to par. While we were leaving, the employee said good night to us, although we would’ve expected some sort of apology at any stage (there was never an apology). As much as I’ve loved Five Guys in the past, I’m not so sure if I’d recommend this location.

Always forever the best burgers. Yes, you’ll be spending $10 for a double patty, but those patties are patties of pure heavenly goodness. Disregard the fact that I’m very hungry while I write this. My opinion stands when I’m full. Want a quality burger made just the way you like it? They let you choose each and every topping. Look online for their secret menu and you won’t be disappointed. Old timey vibes and I love it. And I’m not even old.

Five guys is a staple, it is a very clean and simple place. The food is always great and bathroom is way clean. Service is fast, food is good and the location is awesome. Tons of parking and plenty of space for social distancing. I would highly recommend coming here for all your burger needs. It doesn’t matter if it’s hot cold or nasty just go to five guys and they will take care of you and you’ll be happy when you leave.

Usually crispy, seasoned fries. Burgers are consistently good. I tried the grilled cheese and don’t recommend it though – two inverted hamburger buns with a Kraft single melted between.
