My husband went in and ordered lunch for us. There was a young man who was clearly new and working to learn the systems. No issues with that… That’s understandable.

My husband was asked several times what his order was and he told the worker that asked. My order was a Bojangler meal with rice and fries. Somehow my order got substituted with a thigh and just a piece of fish.

There was no complete sandwich in the box. Additionally, the fries and piece of fish were not cooked fresh. I don’t think that should be a negotiable. We live quite a distance away, so going back was not an option. I’m not sure how this translated into the order that I asked for.

My piece of advice would be as with any restaurant double check your order. We were in a rush and we did not do that and ended up missing what we asked for.

Hopefully our next experience is better.

I want to take a moment to recognize Guadalupe Espinoza, the cashier at this Bojangles in Covington, GA. 5155 HWY 278. From the moment I pulled up and heard her voice, she was calm, patient, and genuinely comforting. The entire experience felt smooth and easy — no rushing, no attitude, just professionalism and care.

I watched her prepare the food, and everything was fresh and done right. What stood out most was her demeanor. She didn’t give off that “I don’t want to be here” energy you sometimes run into. Instead, she was naturally calm and naturally calming, and it made a real difference.

The food here is usually good, and the service is often decent, but it’s sometimes paired with attitude. Guadalupe had none of that. She was marvelous, and employees like her deserve to be noticed and appreciated. I truly hope Bojangles recognizes the value she brings — we need more service like this.

The cashier was awesome. She got me to try a jalapeno style sauce I’d never seen before with my three-piece supreme meal. That jalapeno sauce was off the hook. I’m so p

This location has gone downhill significantly over the past few years. Breakfast service is especially poor—arriving before 6:00 a.m. is a gamble, as the restaurant is often not ready to open on time. The morning staff consistently appears unprepared. While the food is decent during lunch and dinner, service is extremely slow. On multiple occasions, I could have gone next door to Applebee’s and received my meal faster. This location needs serious improvement in both staffing and efficiency.

Stopped here thinking it would be a quick bite while we were driving out of town. It took 25 minutes to get our food.

It was hot and tasty, but I could have had faster service at Applebee’s next door. This is supposed to be fast food, it was nothing but slow.

Waited for 20+ minutes along with several other customers. I had a simple order, 2 sausage biscuits and a small fry. They forgot my order completely and completed orders for several customers who came in long after me. Then asked for my receipt to confirm. Another gentleman waited a long time and when his order was finally brought out. The employee snatched it back because she thought he had only just ordered when he had been there waiting a long time. The man got a bit upset and just asserted that he hadn’t just ordered and had been waiting a long time. The employee snapped at him. When I finally got my order it was missing a sausage biscuit and a bunch of fries had just been thrown in the bag.

I know everyone has bad days… but yeah I won’t be back.

This place is trash. The little girl at the drive-thru obviously didn’t want to be there. The chicken taste like the grease hasn’t been changed this year. The dirty rice was nothing but rice pilaf with a small piece of their breakfast sausage in it. The only thing that was good was the biscuit

Ummmm….I like my chicken cooked. I went to Bojangles…not the grocery store. Chicken breast PINK. Only got a partial refund because the tenders we bought were not returned. It’s the principle and good faith for them to do what’s right. Won’t be back.

Chicken tasted particularly bad today. 5pm and the oil was old. Got a taste of cigarette ash from one bite so either someone was handling pieces by hand or dropping ash in the grease. For the high price, just not acceptable. Breakfast is always good and will have to be the only thing I get going forward. Publix chicken for dinner in the future.

The line was all the way out into the road..usually doesn’t bother us because most of the time it moves fast..but this morning they were SO slow! The past few months have been horrible! I don’t know what they changed but they need to change it back! People were leaving because they couldn’t get to order quickly. They play around too much behind the counter and only one cash register?? Lost our business!
