Based on my single experience I have no issues with awarding 5 stars, we were seated immediately, conversations was light enough to fill the room without having trouble with our own conversation. The waitress was prompt, polite, and maintained steady check ins to ensure we were happy. Being gluten free the menu was limited for choices but the Italian sausage soup didnt disappoint, the chicken bruscheta was fabulous and the roasted red bliss potatoes were done to perfection. They warm you up with a basket of the most delicious fresh baked dinner rolls, served woth seasond oil for dipping on the side. Its so good you’ll debate ordering more! The best part is they have parking you don’t have to pay for!!

Had 2 birthdays for our daughter and son in the back room this past weekend and the staff, especially our main attendant, was awesome, attentive, friendly. The food came out promptly and everything was amazing. We are repeat customers and often hold family events here. Thank you Bertucci’s Medford staff! 🙂

We’ve been Bertucci’s regulars since the time of the original Davis Square Somerville location that had the bocce court down stairs.
Now that the locations nearest us have unfortunately closed ( Woburn & Reading ) we drive to Medford.
And happy to say , regardless of location, the quality of food , service and value has always been great .
So just a shout out & thank you to Bertucci’s Medford and Marty, the most recent server we’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

Came in for birthday dinner! The waitress is attentive and nice to us. She gave great recommendations for the big papi pizza and the margaritas. The wings here are UNDERRATED!

I had the most amazing time with my team for our pre race dinner here. Our servers Lisa and Bridget were the sweetest and most attentive servers i’ve had in a while! They accommodated our party of 18 while seamlessly dealing with their other tables. The food, service, atmosphere, and overall vibe was a 10/10 across the board. Great place and great people – highly recommend!

We decided to for family member birthday. The fresh rolls with olive oil are addictive and fill the stomachs even before the main dishes arrive. Service is usually friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is casual and family friendly.
We tried the Roasted Vegetable Pizza, Eggplant Parm, Farmhouse Salad (pictured below) and Tiramisu. The brick oven pizza is always a hit, Eggplant Parm of course consistent with bertuccis quality but Farmhouse Salad is newer and added a healthy mix to the dinner. Whole family loved it and a great place for a relaxed dinner!

Had a lovely visit in June ’23. Sat outside on the big deck, where both full sun and shaded tables are available. Waitress was great, pizza was delicious as usual. The ovens and kitchen area are pretty open and visible which is good for entertaining kids. This location has a big parking lot, is easily accessible right off the Mystic Valley Parkway, and near the park that’s just across the road and next to the river, so an easy thing to do is walk across to eat after you’re finished sunbathing and enjoying the park and that way you don’t have to pack a cooler of food, you can use their bathrooms, they have a bar, etc. Great location to have a family party, too, lots of space. Will definitely come back.

Can’t say enough about this place – especially our servers Bridget and Lisa. We came for a team dinner before the race tomorrow. Service was fast and friendly, food was loved by all. Bertuccis was very accommodating of our arrival time since we were delayed several times…with a party of 20. Absolutely perfect! Recommend the eggplant parmigiana!

Scott is a good server, down to earth and good at his job. He was very generous to give us a free cake slice for a family members birthday. ☺️ Mood is warm and sweet.
