To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing today to express my frustration with the terrible experience I had at Popeyes and the complete lack of customer service I received after getting the wrong order.

Along with my other food items, I ordered two apple pies and was told it would take an extra seven minutes to receive them. I was fine with that. However, when I got home, I discovered that the two apple pies I ordered were actually strawberry apple pies. I wasn’t too upset at first because mistakes happen, but when I called the restaurant about the error, I didn’t receive an immediate apology, nor were they willing to fix the mistake since my son had already eaten one of the pies without realizing it wasn’t the correct kind. I was told to come back—as if they were doing me a favor.

So, I drove back as instructed, expecting at least a sincere apology. Instead, I was handed a bag with new pies in complete silence. No acknowledgment, no apology. I was already frustrated, but I decided to let it go and headed home—only to discover once again that they had given me strawberry apple pies.

I called back, explaining that I had received the wrong pies again. The woman on the phone responded in an uncaring tone, insisting that I did receive apple pies. At that point, I was furious. I had already waited extra time to get my order right, yet I was being told I was wrong while looking directly at strawberry pies. She finally said, “We’ll have two apple pies waiting for you if you come back up.”

By now, I was wasting gas and patience, but I returned anyway to show them the mistake in person. I asked, “So does this look like apples to you?” She admitted that it didn’t and said she didn’t think I was crazy for correcting their mistake. Just to be sure, I cracked open the new pies right there to confirm they were actually apple before leaving.

I ended up driving home with open, cold pies—and no apology or sense of urgency from anyone involved. After all this, you can be certain that Popeyes will never receive my business again.

This location has absolutely the worst employees, the worst service, and a total crap vibe. When you walk in you can tell no one wants to be there, they don’t give a damn about you or your food. The female manager on duty tonight couldn’t manage her way out a wet paper bag. They CONSISTANTLY screw up orders and the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Tonight I watched the lady up front put my fries off to the side for over 10 mins and then when I told her I’d like fresh fries because they were sitting too long she gets mad and says “well then you’re gonna have to wait then” ok sure I’ve already been here for 20 mins for an order I placed ahead of time online I didn’t want cold fries so i sure don’t want to wait around for the rest of my food to get cold. I was so mad I told her no thanks you have the worst service I’ve ever seen and I don’t want to be here any more. I get home and see that after all that they STILL forgot my mashed potatoes, forgot 1 of the 2 Cole slaws I ordered and never gave my my frozen lemonade. I try giving them rhe benefit of the doubt every couple months but I don’t know why I would think this location is ever going to change. Everyone working tonight except the girl in the drive thru should be fired. Trust me none of them are doing your company any good anyway.

Had the worst Popeyes food and experience.
We usually eat Popeyes every two weeks.
We had to wait over 20 minutes and then the wings were over cooked and a lot smaller than the past. The red beans and rice was so salty that I threw it out.
We are done with Popeyes! They keep going down hill on service, food quality and size.

I got the chicken strips here and proceeded to experience the worst and most excruciating food poisoning I have ever had in my life. I honestly almost had to go to the hospital due to how bad it was. The food tasted okay, but the chicken strips were so small and stringy they were more like chicken fries. The sauce was good and so was the service, but none of that is worth the face I have spent all day dying on my toilet.

I yeah I’m embarrassed to say this. But yeah I was trying to get my daughter and son-in-law and her babies some really good chicken and for the kids, little chicken tenders and they was horrible. When we walked in there was so much dried chicken up there and they’re like hey, what do you want? The worst attitude ever. I ended up going to Dollar general to buy my grandson some microwave french fries which were way much better than Popeyes french fries and chicken sucked. Sorry to say but we picked Popeyes cuz supposedly they were the best. You know what it’s all about your employees and then let that chicken sit there for at least 40 minutes

Ordered a ten piece and only got 5 pieces of chicken. I called and spoke with Alex the manager, he wanted me to drive 20 mins back to the store so they could give me the rest of my order. No offer of compensation. Ridiculous. When I explained it is my birthday and I am not driving back to the store, he said I could come back within 24 hours for them to remake my order. I’m not driving back there with 24 hour chicken and waiting for them to make it right without some kind of compensation. I will be contacting corporate.

I did a phone order and picked it up through the drive through. I should object it but I didn’t. Two containers of a five container order were missing. I think they just gave me one out of two bags. When I called, it went straight to voicemail. I left my number and got a call back the next day from somebody in corporate. They said that they would take care of it. I told them what was missing. Two days later, I received an email stating that they were happy that they could take care of me and that if I ever have any other problems to contact them. The thing is nothing had been done. Try contacting them again never heard back. Also, the food at popeyes are just gone way downhill. As prices go way uphill.

TLDR; ALWAYS GET SAUCES ON THE SIDE FOR WINGS!
Well, I (typically) enjoy their food, but the last few times there has been feathers on the chicken when I get wings (more frequently)… I understand that it’s a busy place sometimes, and small things like that can easily go unnoticed, but it’s rather off-putting. I can understand a couple, but I wonder who processes their chickens because there shouldn’t be a feather 8 out of 10 times I order them. And for the workers to Never notice? I more than likely won’t be doing wings from here again. I might still do the family pack of tenders for dinner eventually, though.
