Good pizza. Short wait time. Busy place—-took a few minutes for someone to come to the counter and hand me my delivery. Staff was working hard, but didn’t look up to acknowledge me at all while I was standing at the counter. Just a little extra customer service would have made this visit 5 stars.

I missed Pizza Hut when it closed in Cambridge a couple years ago. Since this new shop opened up, we’ve ordered 3 times. First time was fantastic! Second time, I tried something new and it was fine, but not my thing. Last night was on point and simply delicious! I wish this store was an eat in restaurant or had more space to wait for your order – but over all, really happy to have Pizza Hut back in town.
Also, I know they’ve had some issues reopening and training new staff. My second visit didn’t have great service, but I can see they were trying.

The first time we ordered delivery and it took about 1.5 hours to arrive! Don’t know why….but because of that they offered us a free pizza next time we ordered. This time it was delivered in the 25-35 minutes as promised and it was very good.

Pizza hut pizza is a classic staple from my childhood. The pizza from this location has been excellent everytime I visited. As a reminder they just opened so be patient if you order at dinner time or a weekend etc. They’re always slammed when I go in but they’re always attentive to their customers and multitasking! They offer me plates napkins and ask if i need anything else last min etc. My foods been accurate, timely, hot and fresh. I always order lots of toppings and its never a problem. I’m so glad they opened a location here !

Horrible customer service. Went to pickup a DoorDash order for delivery. Girl at the counter was sucking on a lollipop the whole time she was waiting on people. First she told me she didn’t have the order. I saw the completed order in the warming case and asked if I that was it. She very rudely said…. I told you I didn’t have the order, that order was returned. She asked another worker two times about the order, said she couldn’t find it. Other worker looked at the order I thought was mine and told her that’s it. She still said the order was returned. Finally she gave the order to me and said….there you go, still with the lollipop in her mouth. This person does not need to be waiting on people. She also got smart with the people in front of me.

Cambridge Pizza Hut is a hot mess!!! Ordered a lg cheese stuff crust pizza… recieved a bacon and sausage pizza, called they told me to come back in 20m… I waited the 20m… came inside and was ignored for almost 10m…. Then find out they didn’t make the pizza… been waiting for the remade pizza only to have it be wrong again! I ordered at 6:22….. it’s 7:36 no pizza
Update just left with my Pizza 7:55pm. Nobody apologized and nobody offered me any type of compensation. They handed me the pizza and said have a good night and walked away.
