First I attempted to go thru the drive thru but only one lane was open and after waiting for 10 minutes and the person at the speaker still not getting their order placed I decided to park and go in. Placing the order inside was pretty easy. The wait was longer than seened necessary and at one point they had to ask me what I ordered to check on the status. The food was for my husband and he said it was just ok but certainly not worth the wait. While there was no one in the restaurant, I’m indicating a wait time for a table due to the wait in the drive thru and then the wait for food after ordering. It was not busy enough to justify the wait time.

Great food; I never have a bad experience with the quality and taste.
Customer service: My mom came in today (not sure if it was drive thru or insider) and ordered. The lady working asked my mom if she was a senior citizen. My mom clearly isn’t, and said no. The lady working then proceeded to say “Wow you could have gotten by with it”.
In what world is it okay to follow up with that response? This happened on 10/10/25 around 3:30-4:00ish. That was so incredibly rude. We always have great experiences here, but that was just extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Asked 3 times for sour cream on a cheese and bean burrito….barely beans no sour cream and if there was cheese couldn’t tell…tacos barely had any meat at all lettuce …terrible service….they were nice I guess but not interested…salsa bar was disgusting….like what the he’ll happened..this place was once good…I won’t go back ….

If you are craving that awesome, basic, cheesy, hangover Tex mex, this chain is perfect for that. It’s so basic it’s good it’s like that jar of yellow queso and refried bean goodness that I crave time to time. Usually after drinking I ordered the mucho platter to-go which was a little of everything- chicken style. It’s ALOT of food and was everything I ever wanted at the time. You even get a bonus cheese dip in a chip bowl. It has the refried beans, Mexican rice, a cheese covered chicken roll up (it’s not quite a burrito nor an enchilada, despite what they say) and you get a taco, a chalupa and chips and salsa- you’re gonna want both salsas btw. There’s even a nice dollop of gauc and sour cream if you dig that. This place is not for the healthy appetites but if you are feeling bad for some good ol’ cheesy Tex mex that’s fast, go here.

Staff’s customer service is nonexistent.
Not only have I waited 30 minutes for a bean burrito in the past, every single interaction it’s almost as if I’m the one doing the customer service, greeting the person, thanking them, 9/10 times with zero response- just a bag handed to me.
It’s 8:35, I just came to the drive through, they’ve turned off the sign light, ignored me at the speaker, and then proceeded to ignore me at the window, making eye contact, and walking away.
Terrible service, mediocre food, and obviously not a healthy work environment.

I will be honest with this, the rice was hard the meat missing a bit of flavor. the rest was ok you can see the difference between the rices in the pic one is ready to eat the oner is not even cook!!!!!!
