As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I went thru the drive thru worker was great and had a smile on his face the whole time. Only had to wait a short period of time to get my food and when I did it was hot and I could tell it was just made. Great food and great customer service. WOULD RECOMMEND!! 🙂

It was good. I mainly went to try the new strawberry cheesecake bites but they weren’t that good. Other food was still just as good as I expected though! I think the bites would’ve been better if they didn’t have the strawberry in them. Just plain cheesecake bites with powdered sugar! Yum!

Extremely rude experience at this location on January 10th around 6:30 PM. The drive-thru employee a heavier-set woman with brown hair and glasses had a bad attitude throughout the interaction. When I politely returned because my Sprite had no carbonation, she rolled her eyes, made herself a drink, and said, “it tastes fine to me.” That response was dismissive and unprofessional. This wasn’t about the drink it was the disrespect. Completely unacceptable customer service. This needs to be addressed.

I got to speak to the GM personally, I think his name was David. He was soo sweet and very inviting. Food was fresh. Service was fast (as always). The store is starting to clean up from previous owners .. I pray it continues to grow and thrive !!

Poor service! Ordered LG and xl LG fries and we was lucky to have a med fry together. Fries were not completely done and still soggy. Ordered a big bufford and it was a single hamburger with no cheese nothing! Will not eat there again!

Service was great, the lady in drive thru was nice but is this what i get for my money? I was excited to try the “philly fries” but got this… First bite had to be spitter out smh (fry left of fork for reference) funnel cake fries barely had any powdered sugar on them smh WILL NOT return!

Pleasantly surprised. This place was busy as they can be. It was 6pm on Sunday, yet the line moved somewhat quickly and the value was great. Meals at $7 to $10 pp.

I’ve been coming to this Rally’s location for almost 8 years and never had any issues until recently. During our last visit, the drive-through employee made an extremely inappropriate comment to my partner, asking him to “bring some girls for his birthday.” This kind of behavior is unacceptable and counts as sexual harassment.
When we asked to speak to the manager, she was rude and defensive instead of addressing the issue properly. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Rally’s should take this matter seriously—customers come for food and service, not to be harassed.
We have already tried to contact customer service twice, but no one has responded yet. I truly hope Rally’s looks into this and takes action.
