McDonald’s we need to talk about the fries.
When someone orders a large fry, the expectation is pretty simple: a large portion of those famous golden sticks of happiness. But lately it feels like I’m getting small fries wearing a large-fry costume. Same big box… half the fries.

Now don’t get me wrong the fries themselves are still classic McDonald’s. Salty, crispy, nostalgic. But opening that carton and seeing it barely filled? That’s a heartbreak no fry lover deserves.

If you’re going to call it a large, fill it like a large.
Until then, it’s starting to feel like the fries are going on a diet… and nobody asked them to.

McDonald’s please get better. The fries deserve it, and so do we.

Unprofessional staff and my kids drink was handed to me with mold or some black foreign material floating in it which I unfortunately didn’t see until I got home as I had picked it up at night. No way they didn’t see it before handing it to me. Unhappy and my order was wrong even though I used the mobile app.

Been going here for over 2 years. The cleanliness on a major decline. Last 3 times here it’s gotten worse each time. Almost every table had not been wiped down (wasn’t rush hour either as 3 patrons total with 2 more at register) most the lids were empty and last 2 times there garbages were overflowing. The attitude of the employees has declined as well. Not sure what’s going on but if it doesn’t improve we won’t be visiting much more. Like at least have a clean table for someone to sit at. -VS- when we started going here….A great atmosphere at the McDonald’s in Clute. The employee Bridgette had the perfect attitude for customer service very friendly, outgoing, personable, courteous and just made the whole place a little brighter. Kudos McDonald’s for hiring her. The place was clean, tidy, and a comfortable way to start my morning.

I came to this McDonald’s and ordered a happy meal for my grandbaby. It was far from happy. Nuggets were cold, hard , and dried out, with the fries too. I haven’t been to this place in years. I can see why. I definitely won’t return.

Great drive. Did the app and my Frappé was exactly like I ordered it! No whipped cream and two expresso shots.
The biscuits were so soft here which made our sausage and cheese biscuits perfect. With a little strawberry jam! Yum

This has to be the filthiest McDonald’s I’ve been inside. While my kids played in the play area. My wife and I felt like we couldn’t sit anywhere due to floors and tables and seats were so dirty and trash everywhere as well. They have like 30 people in the kitchen but no one cleaning lobby. Drink station was dirty as well. No lids and no straws.

The staff at this location was very friendly, they were very energetic, informative, and they were willing to help. The food was fresh, and hot. The cleanliness was up to my standards, as well as the bathrooms. The lobby was clean as well as each table. From management down everyone was in uniform and had a sense of urgency. They were working together as a team, with great communication amongst each other. They made sure that every customer was checked on and had everything they needed. I appreciated it. Thank you.

Walked in to place an order at the kiosk, it gave me an error and did not place my order but was instructed to go to the register. So I waited patiently along with two other customers but none of the employees greeted or said anything to us As they walked by and working in the back. So I was frustrated and left. I don’t know if McDonald’s customer service has went so low that they don’t interact with customs anymore and solely rely on machines and kiosk to take their orders. It’s very unprofessional and I feel this is something they need to work on.

Would give less if possible. Spent 37 minutes in line in the drive thru Wednesday Sept 10th 2025. When we finally got our food it wasn’t even hot. Just very very poor service and food and it gets worse as well as more expensive every time we go.

This was the best customer service experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s. I was warmly greeted by two different team members upon entry into the restaurant. Although I sat down and placed a to-go order using the mobile app, they found me to bring my order to me. At other McDonald’s, they call out your number and you pickup your order at the counter. I observed them search for each customer to deliver their order. I call that going above and beyond, so I must commend them. Although I placed a to-go order, I went ahead and enjoyed my order there. It was a pleasant experience watching some great customer service. Once I finished, I was once again warmly greeted as I departed a d it was much appreciated. Be Blessed.
