We came here to try the special fried fish sandwich they serve for Lent.

Arrived and there’s a sign saying no counter service order at the kiosk. We try ordering at a kiosk, but there’s no option for fish sandwich, only shrimp. So we look at the overhead menu and there’s no fish sandwich listed. Just as we were about to leave, a nice young lady (employee) walked in from outside and said “hello.” We asked if they had fried fish sandwiches and she said they did. I explained we had a hard time finding it on the kiosk, so she took a look and couldn’t find it either. She then offered to place our order at the counter: 2 spicy fish sandwiches with sauce on the side and 2 sweet teas.

Since this was made-to-order it took a bit of time, which is understandable. The teas were excellent, plus they offer refills which is traditional. The fish sandwiches came out, wrapped nicely.

The rolls were moist. I know they’re steamed, but it didn’t suit the hard fish patty. The sauce was a spicy mayo, like an aioli, and had a nice flavor. The fish was really thin with a substantial hard crust. Too hard, in fact. Honestly, I think the crust ruined it for me.

We dined in and there was a nonstop constant beeping coming from one of the kiosks. (Watch and listen to video). They actually play really pleasant music, but the beeping was intolerable. And though the place ‘looks” clean, all of the tables were sticky and needed to be wiped. The floor was filthy. The last thing of note was the condiment station needed to be refilled and was disgusting (see photo). And honestly, you shouldn’t have a trash receptacle next to the condiment containers. That’s a terrible design flaw.

This has to be the worse Popeyes. All the female staff have attitude problems for no reason. Every time they don’t take orders and ignore you. They have a sign up saying place order at kiosks but the menu not updated so you can’t get what you came for. Some of them nasty hygiene.

We placed a to go order from our local Popeye’s, 2 spicy chicken meals, 1 regular, and an order of jalapeno poppers, when we got our food home, we had no spicy chicken at all, ordered extra crispy regular meal, no extra crispy available, jalapeño poppers were just 4 steamed jalapeños no cream cheese, ordered 3 diet sodas, got 3 regular sodas as their diet coke was empty and no one replaced the tank. This was at 445 in the afternoon and the dinner hour was approaching which should be busy especially during the holiday season. Needless to say, we haven’t been back

Ordered at kiosk put in my credit card and hit pay now. Said to pay at counter. Don’t know why? Stood at the counter with cash in hand and even told someone i needed to pay. She Ignored me and kept working barking out orders to co-workers because they were behind. Gal came in for a door dash or one of the delivery services. While she was trying to verify name and what ordered matched what was in the bag, same gal we couldnt see barked out she can verify it on her own. Still waiting another 5 minutes to pay I said screw it and left. Will NOT be back. If you are going to FORCE people to order on the kiosk then you need to improve the whole system and not tell someone they need to pay at counter then not take your money and place the order.

The food is mediocre at best. The staff stands behind the counter and ignores the customers. Even when you get their attention, they act like you’re putting them out just to grab the cups that you’re supposed to have. I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

I order through the app almost every time and I have to say each and every one of the employees need to be retrained or taught how to read!! Why give customers the option to customize which pieces of chicken they want if they are not going to customize it how we like? Or they will say “we don’t have the chicken ready” aren’t you a chicken kitchen?

Went to drive thru had to pull into parking spot ,then five more ppl as well did the same and one was ahead of me 20 min wait, idk what they doing over there but I thought drive thru was supposed to be quick? Well if your not in a hurry and you like em that much I say go for it , otherwise plan ahead just in case, service was okay they didn’t go above or beyond never gave me any of the sauces they do this every time and they act like it’s an inconvenience! Idk not a place I would suggest I avoid unless I’m desperate Just saying

Stopped in while passing through town, we had t had breakfast, it was approaching 2pm and we were all super hungry.
I had the new blackened chicken sandwich with black beans and rice and a biscuit, another order was chicken tenders, fries and mashed potatoes.
Everything was super fresh and hot.
The employees were very friendly.
Restaurant was clean. Easy to get and and off from the Highway.
Next time I’ll have to try the macaroni and cheese.

My father is a disabled army veteran he is legally blind and none of the employees would help him order food. The sent him to the kiosk to order it is difficult for him to see/use them. It takes two seconds to help someone order a simple 3 piece meal and no one wanted to help. Terrible customer service. He visited the location a day after Veterans Day way to thank him for his service. He left without his meal just because no one felt like helping him.

Jan 9 ,2026 stop by this store # 12370 on the way to Miami. Placed order # 2864. When we picked up the order and open the meal boxes it was missing the mashed potatoes w/ gravy on both orders and we were expecting fries base on the picture. Went back to the counter to get what I was missing and no one would’ve make eye contact to the counter while waiting my food it’s now getting cold the person that finally come over and check the receipt I have at lease 3 times and also explained the fries were not included unless order and the picture was for ideas of a side. I was at this point so upset that I mention I should be compensated for having to wait so long and the food by then was cold she when to get Amy “manager” if that really her name al refused to give me her last name. She stated and quote “ if I wanted the fries you will have to pay for them” No sorry for waiting or even try to take responsibility and own the fact that they make a mistake on my order and do a little of costumer service. Then again base on the others reviews this is very normal. It’s this the way you going to take care of your costumers your business will no last long, as long as nothing is done to correct the employees.
