We ordered their grilled chicken sandwich and the double cheese burger. The food was fresh and delicious! The environment was very clean. Be sure to try their fries! They are the best! They are made with fresh cut potatoes! I will definitely be back!

We love coming here, we are pretty regular, been coming here for decades but my first time leaving an actual review but every visit has been pleasant. Their gyro meal is great, love it, its my usual dish i come here for, or the Italian beef every so often. The portion is very generous, their hand cut fries are great. Love coming here. Play a little slots afterwards. Plenty of parking and seating, cashier was very friendly, very uppity, polite.

Absolutely phenomenal service, food and overall a great experience at Sammie’s in Round Lake.
My family and I stopped by Sammie’s for a quick bite, and we were not disappointed. The food was fresh, served in a timely manner, and the taste was absolutely amazing. Not to mention, one of their staff members, Marijose, was quick to tend to us the moment we stepped through the door. Welcoming us, and introducing us to their menu as it was our first time here.
Their cheeseburgers and beef sandwiches are top tier. We’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you for a great experience.

I didn’t have anything crazy but I did have a hot dog Chicago style and I thought it was very good the atmosphere was nice the employees were pleasant and the food which is the most important thing was very good. I recommend this to my friends.

I grew up in Ingleside and moved to Phoenix when I was about 12. Every time I come back home I HAVE to go to Sammie’s. I’ve now gotten my 5 year old son in love too. Our family, that also lives our west, always come back as well. We don’t have anything like this out in Phoenix. You guys do a great job and phenomenal true Chicago food. You can’t go wrong. Sammie’s move out West!!

What happened to this place?! I just ordered Chicago style hotdogs and the bread was hard along with the fries being hard, old and cold. I only ordered from here for the fries. Never again! $55 for old hard cold food. DoorDash doesn’t even have an option to remove toppings. Bye Sammie’s RIP
