I am not normally one to write a review, and aside from the last couple weeks my review would have been 5 stars because I love all the baristas here, but I felt the need to speak up today. This was my usual nitro today. Nitro, to my understanding pours much like a beer- there is a technique to pouring it to where half the cup isn’t foam. Now I definitely don’t know all there is to know about coffee, but I would just ask if there is any way to make sure the cup doesn’t come out a third foam. But- thank you baristas for making my coffee in the morning- I appreciate you!

I went in the evening of 3/6/26 around 7pm I was having a terrible day and I received my drink with this message on it. I didn’t get the lady’s name but she was so sweet and it really made a difference in my day receiving this. It’s seriously the small things that make a difference. Thank you!

I’ve been in a lot of Starbucks, but I’ve never been in one as painfully slow and disorganized as this one.
There’s no reason I should have to wait 25 minutes for one coffee with espresso. But apparently Starbucks thinks customers waiting right in front of them are less important than the 38 mobile orders for people who aren’t yet in the store. What kind of backwards service policy is that?

I walked in and patiently stood at the counter smiling as I waited to place my order. There was no line. There were two young white women working who did not verbally greet me or acknowledge me in any way. A red head talked to another customer at the pick up station. A lady with dark hair was refilling coffee beans and doing stuff behind the counter. After waiting 3 minutes without them making eye contact or acknowledging me in any way, I walked out. I don’t give my money to business where workers don’t greet me.

My friend and I came to buy drinks and ended up waiting a really long time, but we still didn’t get ours. A lot of people who arrived after us got their drinks first. I waited for 30 minutes, which even made me late for class, and I still didn’t get anything. I paid, but didn’t receive my drink or even an apology. The staff was terrible, and I was really disappointed. (This happened early in the morning on November 21st.)

Just went there to get a Carmel Brûlée Latte was told that it was out of season and i had to order something else. I was thinking to myself that your a brista you should know how to make drinks even out of season. So i had to order the Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, they made it way sugary don’t taste any coffee in it at all just full of carmel and whooped cream. I will definitely be going to a different Starbucks that makes the drink that I want.

Ive been going ro Starbucks for years…and this is the VERY 1st time that i DID NOT get what i ordered. I always order the Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a few tweaks…so i do know what it looks and tastes like. Well today…i dont know what they gave me but it wasnt what i ordered. Even with added stuff i have always had to mix it myself (it always looks like the pic). NEVER have i had my cold brew already mixed up. Also the cold foam wasnt salted let alone xtra salted..hell it wasnt even foam! I was only 5mins away from the place when i placed my order so there should have still been a decent amount of foam. There was barely any foam and then it wasnt cold foam…it looked…different..very different. There was a lot of ice when there shouldnt have been barely any. And then the taste…was NOT the taste that i had before. There wasnt any coffee taste at all. It tasted like a watered down frappuccino. If i wasnt in such a rush…i would have went back and made them do it right! So needless to say that i WILL NOT be going back to that spot EVER again!!! Lesson Learned!!! Still love Starbucks hence the stars…just not that location!
