I visited FireRock Grille with a large group tonight, and the entire experience was outstanding! Even with a big party, the service was attentive, friendly, and incredibly well coordinated. I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, easily one of the best steaks I’ve had in a long time. Our group ordered a wide variety of dishes, and every single one looked and tasted amazing. It’s rare for a restaurant to nail it across the board, but FireRock absolutely did. Overall, it was a great atmosphere, excellent food, and top notch service. We had a wonderful time and will continue going there when we wanna have a nice night out with family and friends!

Went to a company Christmas party. Everything was set very nicely. The plate was good. The meat was a bit bland. The veggies were a little crunchy but I like them like that. The dessert of chose was good i enjoyed the cheese cake. The bar was very nice and small. Over all pretty good place for a nice big venue.

We visited Fire Rock on 1-16-26 with another couple and everything was perfect, food, drinks and atmosphere. The thing that made it the best was our server Asta! You can tell she loves her job and the customers she serves. We were very well taken care of by Asta, she took care of all of our needs and made us laugh with her quick wit and delightful personality. She even met us at the door to say good night and thanks for coming! The next time we are at Fire Rock I will be asking to be seated in her area. Thank you again Asta!

The food was just okay — nothing too special, but not bad either. The service was really nice, and I appreciated that we didn’t need a reservation.
Ahi tuna was okay. The beef was decent as well.
Overall, it has a good atmosphere, so it’s a nice spot for a meal

The food was delicious. I ate everything and that is rare for me. Good portions. The meat was perfect, but on the fire rock it can get over cooked, so if you don’t know. Google it. 2 min each side and remove. I will be back. The place looks good and clean. The service was good too. Food came out pretty fast too.

Wow. In town for 3 weeks, and this is already our third meal here….and with good reason. The food and service have been EXCELLENT! Each time we have been a group of 10 or more, with children….and we all know how that can be in a restaurant, yes? I lived here for 20 years, and moved away 20 years ago, so you’d think I might go to old favorites, but now this is a new favorite. The menu isn’t lengthy but it has many different kinds of choices, and enough variations to feel like “oh..well that looks like a great new selection”, and when the meal tastes better than hoped for, does it get any better than that? I’ve had the fettuccine (twice), and pork ribeye. LOVED them both. At 70 years old, I never even heard of a “pork ribeye” so I was skeptical, but decided to eat outside of my comfort zone and it was AMAZING! From our group…”Goat cheese queso, excellent. Redwater old fashioned, very good. Steak, amazing. Fish, excellent. Peanut butter pie, wow”. With our groups ranging in age from 4 to 70, and everyone being very satisfied with their meals, that’s a feat in itself. I’ll admit to initial skepticism on the service, due to perceived young age (but everyone looks young when you’re my age). Each time they were efficient, accurate, and handled our group with ease. I’ll miss this restaurant when I get back to Phoenix.

FireRock Grille was an excellent experience, and though there were few hiccups, I would absolutely recommend this place.

My wife and I came on June 7th, 2025 for our 15th anniversary. I had called the night prior and explained our plans to a manager, who said that to honor our anniversary, we would be brought out a dessert of our choice that said “Happy anniversary” on it and that the dessert would be on the house. I think made a reservation for today.

When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and brought out to the patio where we were seated in a beautiful spot near the edge of the seating area that had been clearly set up for us. Our server, Emery, quickly greeted us and took our drink order. Upon asking for a wine recommendation, she gauged our tastes and offered a wine so good to us that we quickly decided that we’d be taking a bottle home.

We both ordered the 6 oz sirloin steak, hers medium well with yukon potatos and asparagus, mine medium with yukon potatoes and fries.

First, I want to focus on the service- Emery was the best server my wife and I have had in many years. She was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeble. Seriously, she deserves a lot of praise. We felt well taken care of by her.

Second, the food- the wine, as stated earlier, was so well chosen for our tastes that we decided to get a bottle. It was a Moscato D’asti, and felt light with a delicious, fruity blend. Her food was perfectly done. My steak was unfortunately not done well, in that it was very well done, with no pink in it. I had considered asking it be remade, but I didn’t want to spoil the day. For dessert, we chose a slice of triple chocolate cake that was both rich and delicious, but did not have the ‘happy anniversary’ message that had been promised us.

Sadly, that was a caveat that would also carry over to our bill. The dessert had been promised to be on the house, but unfortunately it was still on the bill. I realized that most likely the manager hadn’t communicated this to the servers. We requested it be taken off, and Emery was more than happy to do so, but it still left us feeling disappointed.

Overall, I’d still happily recommend this place. The food was solid, the service was phenomenal, and the atmostphere was excellent.

Was really nervous when it said country club but the public is welcome and the food was amazing. The portions were absolutely huge. It was decorated for Christmas when I was there so it was very nicely done up. The wait staff was friendly and prompt. The prices were fair for the portions you receive. Excellent everything.
