That was the best burger I’ve had in a long time! It was fabulous. The staff was friendly, I loved the decor and the music was right up my ally. They only got a 4 because there was this horrendous noise. I don’t know what equipment it was, but they should seriously consider a service call or replace it.

First time eating at Freddy’s and I’m very 50/50 on it. My tater tots were burnt and I didn’t eat all of them. Between 3 people and a couple of upgrades , it was 38$$ . Chili cheese fries were the best out of the sides we got , onion rings were good. Totally crowded and need new seatings for bigger crowds. Trash was absolutely overflowing and didn’t get changed as people were shoving more stuff on top . Just a glorified steak n shake also . It definitely gave me the same vibe.

My wife and I eat here about once every few months. Would eat here more, but it isn’t the healthiest place in the world, but certainly delicious.
I’ve had issues in the past getting the attention of the high school aged staff.
It seemed as if I was purposely ignored on a few occasions, while they horse-played with one another, showing out in front of each other. The manager on duty didn’t seem to care, which made me wonder if they cared about the quality of food I would be getting. But the food was good in the end. I just prefer managers to keep their staff busy and more professional, especially around customers.
Overall, I recommend checking this place out! You won’t be disappointed.

I came here for the first time on February 9, 2025 and it was great for my first experience. It was not too busy and my food was prepared quickly and perfectly. I can’t wait to return to try other menu items and more custard flavors.

The food itself was delicious and Freddy’s seems to make use of better quality ingredients than some of their competitors. This is also a great place to go for frozen treats. The texture and consistency of the two custard treats I tried were simply perfect. The mix-ins used for their signature custard treats were good quality.
Went on a Saturday night and the store was well staffed and the kitchen was running fast. I think they forgot a “concrete” I ordered but they spotted me at the pick-up counter quickly and made it on the spot. Freddy’s staff was attentive and helpful.
Their prices are close to their competitors but the quality of the food, to me, was just a touch above. We will be back. Highly recommended.

Me and my husband just ate at Freddy’s for the first time. The food was sooooo good! The food was also extremely hot! We had the Prime Rib sandwich, cheese curds, onion rings, and the strawberry dream cake concert. That literally was the best food we have ever eaten from a drive thru. I couldn’t believe how hot the food was because we didn’t sit 3 minutes and was already given our food. Thank you Freddy’s for the great experience!

I love this place. The people say hello when you walk in, there’s actually someone standing at the front counter ready to take your order! That’s hard to find now a days. Food is fresh, fry sauce is amazing (Jalapeno for me) and it’s a fair price. I can take my family of 8 in there and everyone eats for less than $90. I call that a win!

Undate 10/12/23 and everything from the food to staff was exceptional. The new location, very clean with a great staff. Food was served fast hot and to order. The general manager and manager very welcoming and make you feel at home. The patio is very nice. They just need some fans there.

I LOVE Freddy’s – moving from a state with Freddy’s to an area without one I was SO excited to go back. Needless to say given the stars I was extremely disappointed. The staff was great sans one individual.
The FOH or closing manager or whatever (short blonde with pig tails and wore a Jack-o-lantern lanyard) was profoundly rude and made a scene about closing while we were finishing up our food (a basket of fries to be clear). I have the utmost empathy for wanting to get home and complete closing tasks, however, this young lady was so profoundly unconcerned with her team or assisting in closing duties it was astounding that our presence was her primary issue. Mind you we left after she aggressively shook her keys at us and shockingly the drive thru light was still on. Having spent my fair share of shifts with managers & leads like this… I feel so sorry for her team – won’t be returning purely because of this woman.

The fries were burnt. The melt burger was literally so dry and had no sauce or flavor. They have ONE bathroom. Its super packed with little to no space. Super loud and annoying. You wait 10-15 minutes for your terrible cardboard food. Only redemption is the fry sauce which I just found out is only ketchup and mustard… Im sure the icecream isnt bad but it is SO expensive for VERY little so of course I didnt get any.
Literally just go to steak n shake. Its miles ahead of this place and its the same food but better and CHEAPER.
