As a dasher I have had my fair share of mixed opinions on restaurants but this by far has got to be the most ridiculous experiences ever, pull up to drive through cause lobby closed one car already at the window ahead of me, 5 minutes goes by before I get to the window to immediately get barked at to park further up because they aren’t finished with the 2 small orders. Total of 3 bags 3 drinks no special items no ice cream basic burgers and fries. In the 19 minutes I sat there waiting 4 more cars proceeded to pull up and only one had moved to the window the second had been told to wait a moment before ordering. If your employees are 20 minutes late you write them up, they take 25 minutes for a DoorDash order we the dashers who are kind enough to wait have to argue with DoorDash over a violation on time. Don’t follow Taco Bell’s example they are probably gonna lose DoorDash as a partner don’t be next. Do better

horrible horrible service. i told the lady or man not sure of the gender to make sure i have no bacon on my burger as i am muslim and continued to add bacon. was also very short with me at the window. i highly recommend you guys rehire. it knew my belief and very disappointed. they had purple nails and ugly personality. please consider rehiring

Came into this place after having a terrible experience at red Robin on Eagle, where we didn’t get to eat our food. Just wanted something quick because I had surgery early in the morning. First thing that happens, we get charged 9.41 for a single chicken sandwich. It ended up being just over 6 dollars. My man gave her a 20 dollar bill, and she says “we don’t have any ones”. Right off the bat she had this terrible negative affect and after our previous experience, it was so disappointing. So then we ordered a small frosty because we had just paid 3 dollars that day at state street for a Keychain that says we get one. She tells us sorry but that’s an old one. I tell her that I just paid for it today from another store. She proceeds to start arguing with me about this junior frosty. Finally my boyfriend speaks up and very nicely tells her that he doesn’t appreciate her very negative attitude, and all she could say was that she wasn’t being rude, it’s just how she is. Offered nothing in that regard, tells us reluctantly which is Anisa, though I don’t know how to spell it. We tell her to have a goodnight and she shuts the door in our faces. So then I just get home and the chicken sandwich clearly has meat that has been sitting in a pan for far too long. I’m posting pictures of the way it looks. I’m very disappointed and will never go here again. Which sucks because we liked that place once!

I wish I could give a good review of a staple fast food restaurant. But I can’t. I don’t dig the kiosks. When I get food from these places I go through the drive thru because at least I get to talk to someone. I hand them my car. They wish me a good day I tell them the same. The lobbies are pretty much empty. Chick-fil-A doesn’t have this problem. DoorDash orders are ready just as fast. Lobby customers are happy. Drive thru customers are happy. I could give this same review for McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Dell Taco, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken which has been renamed KFC because of this nonsense. Pizza Hut used to be a place that you took your family to for dinner. They had video games and pool tables and dart boards. I feel that PepsiCo and Coca-Cola have ruined our favorite national treasures.

I guess employees spend more time chatting or on their phones than working.

We went to Wendy’s and had a mobile order ready. When we got there they said they were out of egg so we had to substitute or food a little which is understandable. But then they refused to listen to what we wanted it seemed. At they end we very clearly stated what we wanted and they repeated it back to us. When we got home only one item was what was requested and it was one of the original things we ordered on the app. They messed up one thing and didn’t give us another.

Thanks for the raw burger and soggy mushy tomatoes. I took two bites before noticing the pink, but I did notice it tasted funky, you better hope I don’t get sick. I should’ve known something was off when this place was a ghost town during peak lunch rush, everywhere else had lines.

Service was fine, quick and pleasant. Got three big bag meals and when I got home and looked at the burgers the cheese was dried out and the buns were dry because they had been under heat lamps for so long. Fast food doesn’t mean old food.. the coke was flavorless because the syrup was out as was the rootbeer. Also didnt get straws, but thats small potatoes to the dried out burgers.. Dr Pepper was fine though. I used to like Wendy’s and my wife never did, so this was a real disappointment because now I’ll never convince her to go again.
I hate to say it, but I’d rather go to McDonalds than this Wendy’s again.

We ordered nuggets and didnt recieve them. The girl that i talked to got upset and said they weighed it. When we opened the bag it was a crap ton of napkins. No nuggies. Someone please check that location because the attitude was unbelievable.
