Starbucks coffee makes me sick, seriously. I’ve reported it to the company,.. of years ago they started adding an oil to the beans, they said it was to improve the richness of the product, in reality, it was to make them millions of dollars, my opinion from my own digestive upset, and I’m highly allergic to cottonseed oil, something that shows up in cheap foods, to save money, if you put 2 oz of cottoneseed oil, over coffee beans, then you can take 2 oz of coffee out of the blend, and save millions to your bottom line, they do not tell you that they add, oil to the coffee beans, prior to roasting, or after roasting, I bought the beans from Costco gotten sick, after that I also ended up getting very ill, drinking the Starbucks coffee, it produces an intestinal distress, and for me, well I won’t describe it, but beware, it’s my personal opinion and it’s not a criticism, nor has it been proven, but they do add some form of oil to the coffee beans, and they don’t list it on the bag, yet. They did make a public comment, in the advertising at Costco saying that we’ve added an oil for richness, but it doesn’t show up on the ingredients, so if you have intestinal problems, beware, I’ve also reported this to the company once several occasions and never received a response, November 15th 2025, I will never voluntarily drink, a cup of Starbucks coffee,..

This is the absolute best Starbucks in the state of New Mexico. I won’t go to any others because they all seem to get something wrong. Not here! My drink is always perfect, the people are super friendly and hard working, and the manager, Tami, is one of the most amazing people I’ve had the pleasure to see in action. She loves her job, cares for her people, and it makes a wonderful place to sit, work, read, etc… I’ll be driving here from Albuquerque for my drinks! I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the inconsistency in the taste of my morning coffee orders. As someone who works just 167 feet away from your establishment, I rely on my daily Starbucks fix to kickstart my day.
It’s disheartening to find that the taste of my coffee varies so much from one day to the next. I’m a loyal customer, as evidenced by my regular orders placed through your app. I could easily demonstrate the extent of my patronage.
I understand that maintaining quality amidst high demand can be challenging, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Perhaps hiring additional staff could help ensure that orders are prepared consistently and efficiently.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to see improvements in the near future.

Don’t really know where to begin. Most of the staff is friendly. Lately I’ve Noticed a drastic decline though. I pulled up recently and a Starbucks employee was outside screaming and crying. I asked them if they were OK and they told me No, nothing‘s OK because they’re trying to make that employee work the drive-through which obviously they did not want to do. Mind you several customers were around.A week before this I went in for my morning coffee and noticed Who I believe was the manager I think her name is Tammy talking with the upmost, disrespect to her employees in front of customers. Unacceptable I love my town and my community but this type of antics should be addressed. They’re not acceptable, especially in this town.

I don’t like this place in particular , there service is horrible I keep telling them light ice no sweetener and they still put it , and I preorder in the morning to stop to get in and out and the girls in the morning instead of making drinks there in their phones or doing something else instead of making drinks . I stand and wait for my drink buts it’s like they ignore me and once they feel like asking what I’m waiting for , it would be like ten minutes later . Horrible service honestly for me .Honestly talk need to let go of the girls who work in the morning and actually hire people who take pride in there work .

They do not make their drinks correctly here. I have started driving further into town to the other Starbucks on the opposite side of town. It’s very inconvenient, to say the least.
I don’t work in town. I literally have to drive to Albuquerque to go to work every day. It would be nice to have a delicious cup of my favorite. Coffee on the way into work. However, most of the time, I’m unable to do this.
It’s not just me. No one I personally knows likes to go to this Starbucks because of the fact that the drinks are not made correctly and most of the ladies working there are pretty rude.

I want to give recognition on the two gentlemen working 5/30/2025 around 7-7:30 pm.
They have amazing customer service and quick on service with all customers! I traveled from out of town and needed my Starbucks fix for the day and those guys went above and beyond on helping me with my online order hiccup/ accident. please give those guys a raise!!! made my experience 10/10
