Service wasn’t a problem not the atmosphere. The food I give the pass but what I had a problem with was the trademark on the drinks. I had a strawberry slush and added extra and probably got half the normal serving and no extra that was charged. Smh I went to ask what was the deal cause I had just slush hardly any flavor The answer I got was the syrup for slushes and drinks are diluted for food cost. They knock the value of the Sonic drinks. Understanding the raising of prices with the people paying the changed prices and taxes. We should be able to get what we pay for.

Please do me a favor and close down. The employees are rude and slow. It would be nice if management wouldn’t put all the useless people on the same shift. I won’t be back… the food isn’t good enough to have to wait forever for it. The staff is truly inadequate!!!

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. We were given old food possibility it was taken out of the trash. The beef hot dogs were pork, the oreo shake was chocolate cookie shake. The burger was cold and old. The so called manger was laughing as they took the food back into the building, and put it in a warmer or something. OMG health code violations up the wahoo.

Gotta be the worst sonic in the United States! There was only two customer in drive thru and they was struggling immensely. I request tator tots with cheese, japs, onions and chilli and you would have thought they were doing open heart surgery! Shut this location down

I got a large order of onion rings. I asked for them to be dropped fresh and they were perfect, not that long of a wait in my opinion. I love the onion ring. I asked if a sauce came with it and I’m assuming the manager is who got the signature sauce. I went to the conyers sonic but they were out of onion rings which led me to this one here. I’d come again if the onion rings taste the way they did tonight ✊

This location needs more employees because I shouldn’t have to wait this long if I order ahead of time. It looks like 4 people are working, and only the drive-thru is open. Then I had to wait 30 – 45 min for 2 drinks. So I was just confused why it took so long. I do appreciate the workers for keeping a positive attitude in this extreme heat. As a company, yall need to staff more people for rushes like this because this the second time this has happened.

Waited for 35min at stall to order employees literally walked out the doors saying they didn’t want to do it or speak to anyone. 5min after that I pull into drive thru only to be told it’s pick up only this all before 12am. No one seemed to explain or want to talk and ignored us through all of it. Corporate contacted and reviews left -10…….

The workers and manager was very rude and unprofessional. They made my food wrong and when I asked them to fix it they refused at first until had to actually beg them to please fit my food order. They did it but we’re tossing my food around and nearly threw to me threw the window. I will not be going back to this location.
