Nice little place. Good food. Service was okay but could have been a little quicker. My country fried steak was very good. Eggs were good. Biscuits were good. My one complaint is they don’t have butter or half and half. They only have margarine and non dairy creamer. I won’t drink coffee with artificial creamers, and I would have gotten pancakes, except I refuse to eat pancakes with margarine.

This is a solid breakfast place! Our first time in and it looked updated and modern from the outside, located in a newer strip mall. Inside was homey and quaint and cozy feeling. Everything looked clean and it wasn’t loud with blasting music or loud talking. The cook serenaded us with a quiet whistle the entire visit, he whistled a tune while he cooked which was unique and joyful.
The food was solid, fresh and yummy. I had a regular breakfast with crispy bacon, fluffy eggs scrambled and fresh (not frozen) home fries cooked and seasoned perfectly. I also had the BISCUIT!! Oh my! Check out photo, it was the best!! You won’t find a frozen potato here, they don’t even offer hash browns on their menu thank God! my husband had “The Mess” and my FIL did too. It was an astounding amount of gravy over the food. I tried the gravy and it was seasoned and tasted good- they do know how to make country gravy. My MIL had pancakes and they looked good as well.
We will go back there!
My only complaints: our water wasn’t refilled once, and they don’t have flavored creamers (but they let you bring your own) and the “jam” packets were cheaper type of jelly and not really jam. The “butter is a margarine blend too.
Small complaints for a nice place with good wait staff and chef.

This was my first time coming to this place because my parents raved about it. First, I didn’t receive a greeting so I walked up to the counter and the older lady with grey hair fixed her neck and widened her eyes as she asked me “what I wanted” as I was looking at my phone waiting for someone to approach me. That was very rude and as I asked for the menu (standing at the register) She goes and grab a menu and tosses it on the bar 4 feet away from me saying here. That was very UNACCEPTABLE and RUDE. 0 STARS!!!!!!

Clean and calm “diner- like” experience. Boyfriend said hamburger was good. They do upcharge for cheese, and fries around $5. So you only get the burger and “chips” for 9$. The country fried steak, gravy and over-easy eggs were really good, but the grits were a HUGE disappointment. Watery, gritty (undercooked) and had zero flavor even after adding salt, 3 times, pepper and a pat of margarine. I tried but couldn’t eat anymore after a few bites. I genuinely hope it was just a bad day for the person who made them. I’ve never had grits that bad at a restaurant. Other than that, we drank water and the bill was $30. So overall moderately priced, decent quality, made to order food, and a Nice server. I would come eat here again to try other options.

K-Kup is that one local restaurant where you just meet for breakfast or lunch every day or week. It’s cozy. The food is exactly what you want, and always reminds me of good old home cookin’. The meatloaf is unreal! I’ve never had a bad meal there in seven years, and these kinda places are hard to find. We love ya K-Kup and team, and wish for the greatest success and longevity possible.

On 07/30/2025 at 7:15am I wanted to order a tuna melt and the waitress who I have not Seen before said Not until 11am in a very nasty attitude. I explained I always on Mon and Tues get either a hamburger, grilled Cheese with fries. Waitress With very nasty attitude said don’t know about that. I just drank my ice tea. ( no food) with no refills. Waitress seem to be in an extremely bad mood. My regular waitress was off. Lost My Business For Sure. Definitely lost her tip. Not A Good Employee For This Establishment.

Place has great pancakes. The breakfast sandwich on a Kaiser roll is the bomb. Would suggest to any one in town look for a good home breakfast.
