Road over the Mountain from Richfield to Filmore on OHV’s. Came hungry and left stuffed (that was mostly the shake I ate). Got the pastrami burger with Sweet Potatoe fries, and the Almond Joy Shake. Nothing to complain about. In fact you know they are a legit Utah restaurant when they give you fry sauce! I didn’t know the sizes of the shakes afterwards so when I got my “Mini” shake I was shocked (hence my picture for reference). Good place to stop and get lunch but honestly any time of the day this food taste good because it’s AMERICAN!

I enjoy don’t go to the Iceburg in Filmore it’s a waste of money! Hamburgers were hard, dry and burnt so we asked to have them remade. They came back burnt on the edges – they need to clean their grill – food was HORRIBLE! Fries were ok but fry sauce was yummy. Women’s bathroom was dirty, no soap, awful toilet, sticky floors there and throughout the building. Had to ask for our table to be wiped of before we could even sit down. Windows were horrible and some were broken and taped. Pass by this place quickly. Hopefully the owner will get in there and start cleaning up and set a standard of quality. We won’t be back.

I ordered a chocolate peanut butter shake with cookie dough pieces.
It looked like chocolate, but didn’t have any chocolate flavor? The peanut butter flavor came from mixing a massive amount of crunchy peanut butter into the chocolate ice cream. I felt like I was eating ice cream with a hint of chocolate and a huge amount of peanuts.
I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because they did include a decent amount of cookie dough pieces. However, the cookie dough tasted old and also somewhat flavorless. I ended up throwing it away after 6 or 7 bites.
I bought a kids size and it cost over $8.

We were on our way to Salt Lake City, so we went through the drive-through. We weren’t in a position to get off the freeway and turn back around just for a new shake. Also, if the ingredients are old or the employees that night don’t know how to make a shake- making a new one wouldn’t be of much benefit anyways.

It has been a long time since I’ve been to an Iceberg. The food was pretty much the same as I remember. The burger was decent. I opted for ranch tots and they were pretty good. The shake was huge but I feel like it was a little more watery than the usual creamy shake I’m used to. Maybe a bad mix but it was still average.

We always try to frequent the small mom/pop eateries while traveling. This may be one we’ll avoid in the future. The food was average, and the service was good. But the place really needs to be updated, repaired, painted, and mostly cleaned. I guess I just notice these things, having been raised in the restaurant business. Just don’t pay too much attention to the tables, floors, corners, baseboards, bathrooms, walls, etc. Too much grime. What does the kitchen look like? Hopefully it’s cleaner.

When I say my stomach turns when driving by this place it is not an exaggeration. Even the tribe of cats that gather in the fields behind it would not have eaten the sandwich they stuck in my to go order. The meat in the chicken sandwiches was no better than the burnt grist in the bottom of the fryers. Somebody call the health department and close these people down. They deliberately placed this toxic mess in our order knowing it was to go and we wouldn’t discover it until we were 5 mi down the road.

I have NEVER been to a restaurant this badly managed. The workers look so drained, the food is cold and stale, and hair in the shake.
The place is so ran down I thought it was shut down just by the appearance of the outside. I walk in and I’m greeted with tons of flies, I look around and see the soda machine covered in old sticky soda. I go up at the counter to order for me and my family, while I’m looking at the menu I see workers in the back on their phones when I haven’t been greeted. I also saw that where I’m assuming they make shakes was FILTHY!!! I’m finally greeted after a few minutes, and the lady taking our order was so disrespectful!! Eye rolling, monotone voice, and snarky replies. At the end I ordered for 3 people and it was EXTREMELY overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food we received..
We try to find a place to sit and ever booth is covered with crumb, and the floor underneath were covered in trash. We finally decide we need to clean our own table, we get a few napkins and wipe a booth down by a window hoping to make something good of this outing. While looking out the window I see the window seal is covered in dirt, dust, and DEAD FLIES. DISGUSTING! While waiting 10+ minutes for our food, we hear explicit music playing from the back… which is not something I would like to hear while I’m trying to enjoy the company of my family. Please just put some headphones in.
I used to come here all the time… the food was great, building was clean, and staff was friendly and seemed like they enjoyed their job. I don’t know what could’ve happened since September but they need to figure some stuff out. My assumption they got new management.. and word around town they don’t care about the actual restaurant, they care about the money they make and the controlling people to do what they want.
I would never come back here until something changes. Horrible, disgusting, and poor management. If someone that works for iceberg reads this please for people’s safety change something. I’m surprised this isn’t a health hazard, and nobody’s called it in.

I love iceberg, I’ve never had a problem except for the Fillmore location. The Shakes had no flavor, and were not blended whatsoever. I waited 20 minutes for literally 2 kids shakes. The customer service wasn’t great, the girl who took or order and cashed us out was honestly not there mentally. No smile, I felt like I was not welcome.

Iceberg has the best shakes and malts. If you want the best, go to St. George, the Fillmore location SUCKS! I paid 10 bucks for a malt and got a cup full of soft serve. Not mixed at all, no favors added as ordered. Don’t waste your money.

Great food and great service. We were welcomed the instant we arrived in the location. The place is clean and bright. This was a wonderful experience by comparison to McD or the other big chains. The hamburger I got (pastrami burger) looked just like the photo…. tall fresh bun…. not squished like someone stepped on it before they served it. Iceberg shakes are the very best! No comparison!
