Flash Forward
Store was very clean. Workers were very nice. For example I ordered online and when I got there they said if my coffee was cold from sitting just let them know and they’ll pour a new hot cup. Order was perfect. Prices was good with $2 chicken sandwich, $5 or $6 biggie bags. Food was made better than other stores I visited. Rated high for a Wendy’s experience.

My daughter and I ordered way too much for breakfast but the sausage as well as the sausage gravy was way too peppery. Otherwise the food was fine. The atmosphere was OK for the exception of all the homeless drug addicts outside the door as 9 of them. Accounted flying over my table.
Just flying around and nobody taking care of it. They’d rather sit around and chat but for the most part staff is great. You know, it’s impolite. But nobody cared about the flies, they just let him fly everywhere kind of disgusting. Didn’t you want to try the bathrooms? But again, it’s fast food.
And I guess that’s what you get for eating fast food. It was a nice adoption of fruit for my daughter she loves fruit, they had strawberries or apples she obviously went with strawberries are favorite. The French toast fingers are little overcooked but very good. I don’t normally eat this kind of food, but we had to go and get a friend end alignment done, and they were the nearest place to eat breakfast. And the ultimate bacon breakfast, whatever they call

The staff are super polite and friendly, and they get my order right every time. Loved going here, but if you have a gluten allergy, it’s not worth the stop anymore.
Was going here once a week for a while, but on my most recent stop, I was informed that due to a provider change, they are no longer stocking whole leaf lettuce. With no gluten free bun and no lettuce wrap, there’s no more burger for me. I guess I’ll be going back to 5 Guys, even though they’re way out of my way.

I honestly would love to give zero stars! We live 1 minute down the road and our food was freazing cold. I called and was told idk how we make everything fresh. That is a joke. This is the second time we have tried this Wendy’s and its trash. I would eat next door at Dicks and there food is worse but at least its hot

Same exact order except 2 changes. The drinks were different and one was extra cheese. EXACT same amount of cheese on both despite charged for extra, food was basically at the window moment I showed up within a min of ordering including cold drinks that looked to be sitting there waiting as the next orders drinks were already there too, person was very blunt and basically didn’t confirm anything and when asked about straws was told spoons and wasn’t even asked if I wanted straws. (Frostys but still, if I ask about straws I probably wanted some right?

This Wendy’s has always managed to continue to provide excellent service and food year after year. Whoever owns this franchise and their management team deserves praise. They hire great people. We are always treated nicely when we go through the drive through. That’s huge for fast food, as most other places treat customers as an annoyance. What I also really appreciate is their accuracy. Even though we may want no tomatoes, onions, or extra pickles, they make it correctly every time! 8 years of coming here and never once a mistake. Can you say that about any other fast food restaurant?
I will admit that I have a serious obsession with their ‘secret’ chili sauce packets. Liquid gold is what I call it. 2 of those on their baked potato is the key to the universe. Thankfully I can get it here. Many locations will just say “we don’t have it” and I will find a location that does! I hope they continue to always have an extra case of this in stock because it’s what makes the trip there extra worth it.

The service at this Wendy’s is the worst I’ve ever seen. If you eat in, good luck being helped. You can stand in line for 15 minutes asking for help, yet the employees will not take your order. They fill uber eats orders, and drive thru orders that were placed ten minutes after you’ve been standing there before they will take your order. This is the third time this has happened. I go there on my lunch break, and have to order to go because you can’t place an order, wait for your food, and eat within a half hour. I wouldn’t recommend this location until they get new management.
