Steel Creek is a country music themed restaurant featuring some southwestern inspired food, solid drinks and above all, a great place for line dancing and a good time.
The service is a little hit or miss, depending on the server, being that many of them are very young and generally inexperienced but that’s not a fault, just an observation. The food is “okay” in my standard but generally it’s a better dining experience than your average bar, chain restaurant or average take out choices. Basically elevated bar food, the food was at least well presented and the prices aren’t terrible, especially adding in the atmosphere and the option to take free line dance lessons 4 nights a week, Steel Creek is worth checking out.

Awesome energy, vibe, staff and of course all the great fun line dancers! Was amazed, entertained and totally enjoyed watchn. Tried to participate but am in need of alot more lessons they have for beginners, intermediate, ect. Ck website for details. Food was ok. I’ll order somethn diff nxt time repot back. Overall a wonderful experience!

Just stopped by for asking to use their bathroom because my son and I drove to Tacoma from Seattle and it took us almost 2 hr. The front desk was super nice and without a hesitation guided us where the bathrooms were. While I was walking through the restaurant I noticed a big dancing stage which I will ask what is this about; I am guessing they might have a country line dancing nights and a mechanic bull for riding. I will edit my review soon but I already loved this place. Definitely I will come back!

Love coming for Dance lessons… Especially beginner lessons! Many great dancers here everytime I’ve been. Did not care for the Wed wing special, but ribs and brisket was good.

The place it’s great and alive, good drinks and music .
The reason for 1 star is the unprofessional and very hostile attitude that came from Nate one of the bartenders . There was absolutely no reason for him to disrespect and speak the way he does with the costumers He does make the place look really bad and not welcoming.I will also reach out to the management and make a formal complaint and hope Nate receives some training on how to work with humans in an established of such .

Server was fantastic. Drinks were good. Food tasted good, but arrived cold. So cold, the butter didn’t melt on the steak, and the cheese sauce on the Philly curdled. Didn’t complain to manager because it was edible, and what could they do about it? But I sure couldn’t finish as it was just gross. Good beers on tap, excellent liquor selection, but food not so good. As a side note, we arrived at 5:10 pm and were 2 of about 6 customers. Not sure why our food came out cold. Gross.
