If you’re unlucky enough to have Joseph take your order, do yourself a favor and walk right back out the door. His “service” is basically rolling his eyes, mumbling, and acting like customers are a burden. The food he handed me was a disaster — a raw Filet-O-Fish with some kind of slimy goo on it (I didn’t order sushi), soggy fries that looked like they’d been pre-chewed, and then he had the nerve to charge me $5 for sauce packets. To top it all off, I found hair on my bun.
Joseph clearly doesn’t care about hygiene, customer service, or doing his job in the slightest. Honestly, this whole experience was disgusting. McDonald’s should be embarrassed to have him in uniform.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️: this I came to this mcdonald’s with the intention of getting what i thought was a cheeseburger. Oh no no no was i wrong. i opened the cheeseburger to check if everything was on it, thats when the disaster begun… what i found on the burger was horrifying, i found what i assumed was a males public hair in my burger. i went back to get a refund and was met with a man named joseph.. he was awfully rude and very unapologetic i will NOT be coming back.

Make sure if you get the chicken sandwich to make sure it’s cooked all the way through. 11/9/2025 I ordered the Chicken sandwich at 12:04, and now I am dealing with either food poisoning or salmonella. McDonald’s, DO BETTER, it’s the lack of making sure everything is cooked properly, and I’m sure yall rushed because your employees don’t know how to handle a rush. Very very disappointed and will be letting everyone know not to go to the Cuero McDonald’s for chicken sandwiches. Point I’m getting to is check all of your food before driving off!

Every single time we go the female cashier is only extra friendly to men only. Can yall please learn to say yall have a good day instead of being direct to one person especially you see several people in the vehicle. Its rude honestly. Avoid this location for large or corporate orders. The NFC card reader is faulty/overly sensitive. It charged my personal phone from a distance of ~10 inches, leading to an incorrect payment for 10 meals.
Managerial response was terrible:
25-minute delay to assist (15 min wait for manager, 10 min ignored).
Manager then refunded the wrong card, despite me clearly inserting the correct corporate card for payment.
Manager refused to correct his own mistake and was extremely rude, telling us we should not be “that stupid next time.”
This process cost us significant time and created an accounting issue. Unprofessional service and defective equipment.

I ordered special instructions food. I asked for a plain McDouble (patties, cheese, bread) + double Mac sauce and an extra crispy order of fries. The crew there killed it on my food! Great job y’all!! Both items were just as I had asked for and handed to me by a young gentleman with a smile and a thank you ma’am. YA’LL ROCK!!

Fantastic customer service from one employee. Didn’t catch her name, but she has glasses and a heart tattoo! She deserves a raise or possibly the shift manager position that they are currently hiring for!
