Love this Applebee’s. The the girls they have working are great! That being said, I always get overcharged for the Titos long pour ($9.25). Should be $7.50. I mean that’s what the happy hour placard says anyway..
That obviously won’t keep me away though! Legit service and bar!

Not to live up to my name but, my experience was horrible. The waiter completely forgot about my friend and I. He took our order just to wait 30 minutes and find out he never put it in the system. We flagged down Robert and he made it right. The manager had offered a free dessert and we didn’t even get that. We got a measly $3 off. Honestly I wouldn’t ever go back but Robert was the only one who was sincere and apologetic

They ran a limited menu for Mothers Day & I can understand that, however, I was shocked to see one page appeared to mimic the 2 for $25 meals & on the back listed 2 for $30 meals. I selected my meal, we ordered our appetizer & I was told we weren’t eating off a 2 for $25 menu.
A better look at the menu & the prices are tucked between the description & calories. Ended up a meal for 3 cost $91! The food was good but not on a fixed budget.

TLDR: Friendly Service, Filling Food
We (party of 3) walked in at around 9:00pm and were promptly seated by a warm hostess. We sat at our table for a solid five minutes, watching who we (rightfully) assumed to be our waiter talking to a different party for quite a while. It seemed that there was some sort of difficulty communicating. Eventually, our waiter, Forrest, finished up and hustled over, apologizing for the wait. We dismissed the concerns because we were super hungry – hadn’t had but a burger since noon, so we proceeded to order. We took a Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl and the 2 for $30 deal, which came with an appetizer (we chose boneless wings slathered in an asian chili sauce) and two entrees (we chose the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo and Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp).
The waters that were brought to our table were topped with a lemon wedge, a welcome detail that I don’t see much these days. The wait for the food took around 10 minutes, nothing too bad. The appetizer arrived, followed immediately by our three entrees. The boneless wings’ batter was crispy and crunchy and the meat itself was tender enough. The blue cheese dipping wasn’t too heavy and offered only a mild taste of blue cheese’s distinct flavor, if that’s something that might be of bother (not for us). The Tex-Mex bowl was delicious. It had sufficient portions of every ingredient listed on the menu, and mixed together was delicious, offering a bite of juicy shrimp, crunchy tortilla, and creamy guacamole. Thus this item has become a regular for me whenever I hit Applebees. The Bourbon Street was pretty good. There was definitely alot of aromatics and spices that were pretty powerful. The chicken and shrimp were tender and juicy. The mashed potatoes were unremarkable. Finally, the alfredo was creamy and savory, and came with a soft and chewy breadstick. Unfortunately, the chicken that topped it was dry and a little coarse.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this Applebees for some quick and filling grub. Some items on the menu are a hit or miss, but I always leave with a full stomach and happy thoughts. Must give many compliments to Forrest. He was kind, welcoming, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere is about what you’d expect. The group at the bar definitely cheered a bit too loud while watching the US open on the TVs. All that being said, 4/5 stars.

Came in around 9:30 and it wasn’t too busy. My family and I ordered our drink and a little later got appetizers but our waitress, her name started with a ‘T’, tended to rush us for no real reason. There were 3-4 tables including ours and a few people at the bar. We waited for about an hour just to receive most of our food that came out cold. Our waitress rarely checked on us, when we needed to flag her down we couldn’t find her. My mother was missing a dressing for her salad and had to wait 10 minutes to find our waitress and another 10 to receive it which at that point she lost her appetite.

I ordered a burger off the menu that was so disgustingly soggy with grease it coated the inside of my mouth in a thick layer. I really didn’t want the diarrhea burger after realizing how drenched it was, so instead just ate the soggy cold fries it came with. Ive never spit out a bite of a burger in my life, but I couldn’t swallow a single bite of this grease trap. This meal by itself was nearly $20. Disgusting and unacceptable. I don’t want anything from this restaurant as reimbursement, I just don’t want them to do this to anyone else. My family’s food was mediocre, so no points there.

Our appetizer came out after the food. My meal said it came with broccoli but they were out so they substituted with salad and then charged me an up-charge for the salad, which I couldn’t even eat because instead of blue cheese dressing that I ordered, it came out with something that tasted like tarter sauce. My husband got blue cheese with his buffalo chicken and his was blue cheese, mine was not. I ordered grilled chicken and it did not say in the menu that it was lemon flavored but it tasted like I was sucking on a lemon so I couldn’t eat it. I wouldn’t have ordered lemon chicken because I do not like it. We were never asked if we wanted a 2nd drink. We had to grab the waitress to get a to go box for my husbands food. It was not busy but they have the table top checkout so after the waitress takes your order, she is done. Someone else brings the food and you are on your own. We are pretty easy to please but we had similar issues in Applebees in other states and we are done with Applebees.
