This was the 2nd time eating at this location and both times my food was incorrect. I will never go back to this place or recommend this place to no one. I ordered 2 burgers no ketchup and both had some ketchup on one of them supposed to have mustard & mayo on them. And had paid extra for pickles, lettuce, tomatos and onions. And I don’t get nothing I paid for. I also got a med onion ring and I didn’t even get those I got fries instead. The drink was half full.

My boyfriend and I visited our typical local BK today around 1:00pm, only people in the drive-thru line. We ordered a kids meal, 4 piece cheesy tot, 2 wraps, and an 8 count jalapeño cheddar bite.
After waiting around 8-10 minutes for our food, we received it and they forgot the fry for the kids meal, switched the amounts for the cheesy tots and jalapeño cheddar bites, and the wraps were beyond sad. For this being our typical BK, we are disappointed. Also slightly unsanitary to apply lipgloss and have your fingers in your mouth and then proceed to bag food.

Not sure how people havent wrote more bad reviews about this terrible wait whoever y’all got at this store lacks common sense and urgency I’m currently still waiting in line been in the same spot for 24 mins literally already had to wait a hot min to get to the speaker y’all don’t have a lot of food so not seeing why ur workers are failing to drop enough patties fries etc for this rush they clearly know they are having I done waited so long ima wait for this food yes y’all are getting my money still but ur business won’t continue to go great til yall get some real workers y’all was pretty quick before y’all wanted to get fancy and change the building up cared more about the looks instead of the service I see atp I’m thinking about going in the back and helping yalll

I ordered the #1 which is the Whopper Small combo. The only thing was good was the fries. Need to improve the whole menu. When did BK go to thick paper straws smh. With the baby tomato’s.

Felt a hair in my mouth mid bite and gagged found this definitely not my hair. Service was good but won’t be back because of this, nobody wears a Hair net either. Got a refund but lost my appetite.

Was on the highway and saw the wonderful billboard and thought “ I haven’t eaten BK in years so let’s give it a try”. Safe to say I was not disappointed! The moment I walked in I was greeted immediately by Manager Kelly who took my order and was polite and efficient. My food took less than 5 minutes to be ready and the topper… it was extremely cheap! All tables and serving areas are clean and this restaurant would be great for kids as it has cute little hats they can even wear! All in all I would give this restaurant 10 stars if they let me

went through the drive through tonight 12/3 and made my order for two whopper meals and ketchup I then asked for a regular chicken sandwich I got no response I then asked if they heard me and still no response. We waited around 1 minute and still no response so I pulled forward hoping to confirm the order at the window. I was then told they didn’t get the chicken sandwhich order and I would have to pull back around or come inside. I explained how I tried telling them at the speaker and got no response they then were totally rude. Felix rice the GM basically told us they couldn’t add it on EVEN THO I SAID IT AT THE SPEAKER and said they were in the middle of a rush with a very hostile tone. There was one car behind us. They then started talking about me in front of my face so we just pulled off. Will never come back to this location.

I am impressed by the service, cleanliness and delicious food! It is very clean and pleasant to be here. We were served by a man and he was extremely polite! I would give it all 100 ⭐ If only it were possible! My husband and I ate delicious food very often and were happy!

This burger king was terrible! Went through the drive thru, got 1/2 of our order, manager was So rude, kept asking for the receipt and saw that they didn’t even have part of our order, but when the female staff Thrust it at me, I felt like she was going to Hit me!!! I let them know that there was also a hair in my milkshake. The girl who was originally at the counter seemed apologetic for her co-workers, but these other 2 “ladies” were talking about me to other customers, shaking their head, etc! These 2 should be fired!!!!!!!
