No customer service. No thank you. You ask for a condiment but nothing in your bag. When someone comes to your fast food restaurant is it that hard to acknowledge them and say thank you?? The $15 we spend doesn’t take care of condiments is it going to break Arby’s for two packs of sauce??

We had lunch here after going to the quilt show. We got the 4 for $10 and drinks. The counter guy remembered to add the senior discount and that was great as my wife always forgets. This was Friday at noon .

I love me some Arby’s, however our Arby’s where I live seems to just not care as much anymore. The food isn’t always fresh, seems almost day old. Staff is semi-friendly. Won’t be visiting as often anymore. Very sad

Just ordered two buffalo chicken sandwiches from this place to get home and get half way through eating one of them to find out they are both raw. Called and yes they will replace my sandwiches but that doesn’t help me when I’m already home 30 mins down the road… All happened because they were rushing….

The young lady on the register knew what she was doing. The gentleman making the sandwiches confirmed my special order, which was unexpected teamwork. It was an amazing experience, not normal, for fast food. The quality of the meat was better than any other fast food place as well. I’ll go back in a few days for the Turkey Gobbler with added bacon. It was that pleasant of an experience!

The cheesesteak sandwich was terrible, smothered in cheese sauce & the BUN had something disgusting & felt like cardboard w/sand. I couldn’t eat the sandwich at all & went down the street to get something edible.
