Order was supposed to be ready at 12:04. Was just told at 12:12 they are just now frying the chicken and it will be at least 7 minutes. This means it will be about 30 minutes from the time the order was placed until it is ready! I am sitting in an almost empty restaurant watching 5 people stand around behind the counter. DO NOT ORDER TENDERS HERE! If you do, be sure to order double the amount you want since they are now cutting them in half! It is obvious in the picture.

Husband and I are on the road again. This time, we had a taste for chicken. Barbara took our order. The order was just as we expected with mixed chicken, mashed potato and gravy, and corn. And of course, lite fluffy bisquest. We really enjoyed out meal.

I’ve never had to wait over 20 minutes for kfc. Plus I’m literally the only customer here. I only ordered 2 things . Never coming to this location again.

Did not have enough chicken to make two sandwiches and was told the second sandwich would take an extra ten minutes so I ordered the strips instead and still waited ten minutes with only one other person in line.

We stopped here on 6/28/24 we got our food and ate and just after eating my husband felt ill. Having to call 911 the Staff helped us so much and in any way they could. I feel they were a part of helping save my husbands life. We deeply appreciate the customer service and all the help. Even their deepest concern was appreciated. The staff was so friendly in an everyday state. We highly recommend this location to stop at during traveling. If we travel through ky ever again this place will be place of choice for lunch or dinner. The southern hospitality was unbelievable. They truly upheld southern hospitality we were used. It’s hard to find staff with such high concern. Please thank each and every one of your staff for all the help they gave us. Giving a 5 star for all over service. Thank you so much!
