Every time my family comes here we’re always missing fry’s, straws, and sauces. For how much “organization” there is, clearly expectations aren’t being met. Very disappointed in everyone’s attitude over there as well, very disrespectful females working there for a customer service based franchise.

This location does not do real person to real person conversations. I literally stood in front of the counter, with a full staff taking care of drive thru. I was not acknowledged until an Uber driver came into the restaurant. If you don’t like human communication come here. If you want a restaurant that cares about having a good experience go anywhere else.

The young man at the window was very polite,friendly and helpful. Always has a big smile on his face made us feel at home. Very much satisfied with the food as well our fries came to us hot and delicious. Every time we have visited this location its been a great experience for us.

This used to by grandparents favorite place to eat every Saturday morning for many years. Service and environment has gone way down since then. Abhorrent is a word that comes to mind. Veterans that used to come and drink coffee and talk feel like they are not welcome the visit this location. You have to show proof of purchase to use the restrooms. This store needs a major re-set top to bottom.

On my wayto my son’s football game at gadsden high school … stopped here to get food and use the restroom… bathroom was gross toilet was overflowing all over the floor … kid (boy) came in the women’s restroom with a mop bucket while women were using the other stall …. you have to purchase food inorder to use the bathroom … they give you a code

Absolutely terrible service they have a extra lane in the drive thru that’s basically just for show and they will have you sitting there ignoring you while other cars go on what’s the point of even having a double lane?
