It’s been a very long time since we went to friendlys. I must give a shout out to the very friendly staff there. As soon as you walk in it’s a very pleasant atmosphere. We had breakfast for the first time in years and I must say it was great. The breakfast sandwich was good, the crispy home fried were good an tasty. The place was clean bright and comfortable. The prices were also not to high to make you not want to return. There menu has come up to date and there were many offerings to choose from. They also offer meal deals for two in the dinner menu and lunch. Keep up the great job. As a long time friendlys lover growing up in Springfield glad to see not all have closed down.

From the moment we walked into Friendly’s, the atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable, but what truly made the visit unforgettable was our waiter. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Not only was he attentive and professional, but he also had such a genuine kindness about him that made us feel like more than just customers.
He checked in at just the right times, never rushing us but always making sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot on, and his positive attitude added so much warmth to our dining experience. It’s rare to find someone who not only takes pride in their job but also truly cares about the people they’re serving, and that’s exactly how he made us feel.
The food was delicious, but honestly, it was his exceptional service that made this visit stand out above the rest. When you leave a restaurant not just full, but smiling because of how well you were treated, that says everything. We’ll absolutely be coming back to Friendly’s, and I hope we’re lucky enough to be served by him again.

Friendly’s has always been one of my favorite restaurants growing up! We came in for lunch on a Monday so it was pretty quiet. We all really enjoyed the food and of course ice cream! I love how they have deals on Mondays and Tuesdays for the kids! Our waitress was friendly but there some food that came out wrong. Overall it was still a great experience and we will definitely be back!

I did delivery. I got a good size order for 1 person the time came and went my order was not delivered. I called the store they didn’t get the order. I was speaking to the manager, she said put the order back in and when you’re done wait a few minutes and call me and we’ll make sure it went through so that’s what we did. No it did not go through again so she said can you get your order and read it to me so I did it had gone through not there not them but through DoorDash God help me she said OK I’ll call DoorDash and I’ll straighten this out. Patricia and you will get your order. Sure enough a half an hour later a little over my order was at my house cooked. Perfect. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to this woman. She did what she promised to do. She followed through my order from the very beginning to the end and made sure I got my order it wasn’t always like this, but she nature and I’m very grateful. I like the management in this store at Boston Road Friendly’s.

I stop going to friendly’s to eat for years. I decided to give them a chance and omg my fav ice cream from here would be very nice and hot brownies with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. I stop getting the fudge because one time they put way too much fudge and it was a waste of money but it was unbearable to eat it. So I stop eating here again after that experience.
Also, for some reason this place stink and the seats and tables were dirty.

Ordered an online order with Uber Eats. My daughter has severe nut allergies. Order wasn’t ready when we got there 30 minutes later. He didn’t notice I put the allergy on the order and had to tell him twice. Staff was using swears behind counter while my 7 year old son was with me. Placed the order 25 minutes ahead of time and it took them 15 minutes to make it after we got there… it is such a shame friendlys has gone down hill. The store was disgusting and filthy too. Staff were kind but completely untrained and had no managerial support.

We came for dinner tonight (a little after 5) and honestly it felt like a waste of money. My partner’s food was covered in some kind of fuzz (like clothing fuzz not hair) and we couldn’t even complain as our server was extremely inattentive. Even at the end when we got ice cream I got a hard serve (sundae) and it came out completely liquefied because they’d let it sit. Complete waste of nearly $70, won’t be going back

Worst waitress ever. I was completely ignored by my waitress. 30 min to take my drink order with about 5 tables of people in total. An hour later, I’m still sitting here waiting for my waitress to get my grandchild’s ice cream order. She has asked everyone else if they need anything but hasn’t said a word to us. I had to get my own ketchup because we had an empty bottle on our table.

While on a road trip with my Love, we saw a Friendly’s Restaurant, while looking for a place for lunch. Most should already know that many Friendlys restaurants have been closed in the past few years, or so. I used to bring my children here every now and then when they were little…good memories @friendlys. We had a wonderful lunch. I ordered the honey BBQ bacon cheeseburger with French fries, and a Raspberry Iced Tea. My Love ordered the Tuna melt and Fries.
We were both very happy with our lunch, agreeing it was deliciously satisfying. Our very nice server was stretched thin. He was seating guests and waiting tables. He did a fabulous job maintaining his responsibilities. We didnt feel neglected in any way. He even was able to check in with us, too, amongst his many other activities, to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. His Manager, in my opinion, should recognize his hard work and obvious dedication to his job.
