This place is beyond disgusting! Went in there and it was clear that they were shorthanded, which is totally understandable. However, in the meantime, they were so far behind they stopped the drive-through I was there to pick up an Uber eats order waited 45 minutes as they did not go in order of how the orders were received an employee got their food and left before even catching up in the dining room came back goofing off gave the lady a hug. The lady that was in the back was recording herself and FaceTime while we were standing there waiting instead of jumping in and helping the place was disgusting looking and if you had the nerve to ask for your order, you got an attitude I would never eat here myself, and I hope that customer never does again. I felt bad for having to make a customer wait and an accountant, and not only to lose money from other orders the customer did not tip me even though I kept in communication with him the whole time and let them know what was going on.

I ordered online and when I got there they said the power was out even though the lights were on. The manager told me they could not refund me my money and there was nothing they could do about it. They could not make my order, send my order to another Taco Bell, or refund me. This is really unbelievable they can take your money and not provide you with the food you paid for or a refund. I never have experienced anything like this. When I asked when they would be serving food again since she said the lights just came back on she said there is no way to tell. There was no effort at all to resolve the situation. The online ordering should have been turned off and resolutions for paying customers should have been addressed already by upper management about the situation. That could have been someone’s last 50 bucks and the company does not care at all. Will NEVER be returning to any Taco Bell after this.

I have ordered from this taco bell countless times and have almost always had an issue with there. I wanted to wait on doing a review because I wanted to give them another chance, but tonight was the last straw.
Back in i think Nov of last year, I placed an online order and when I arrived they told me they had no nacho cheese in the store and could not do my order, and then they marked the order as complete so I could not cancel to get a refund. I tried contacting tb corporate but they never got back to me.
Then a recent incident in May, I ordered the old $5 cravings box, a Mexican Pizza, and chips and cheese. The box did not come in a box like it’s supposed to (they never do that here whenever I ordered it) and they forgot the 5 layer burrito, my pizza had cheese all over the outside of the box, and my chips were just thrown into the bag and so all my chips were scattered throughout the bag they gave us. I will be including pictures of the bag.
And our most recent visit, tonight, was absolutely horrible. I doordashed 2 dipping taco boxes, which I have a photo of the recipt for. The first one had a chicken chalupa instead of beef with no tomatoes, and sure enough they put tomatoes on it. My dipping tacos outside cheese was not scattered properly either. For my second box, everything was normal except for the dipping taco, which again the cheese was not placed properly and the 5 layer, it was significantly smaller than mine, and the only difference was that it wasn’t supposed to have sour cream. I have a photo of the two burritos together. And for both boxes, you are supposed to get two dipping sauces and a cheese sauce cup for the chips and cheese, and we only got two sauce cups in each box.
As a current employee at a different Taco Bell, I know what the standards are and how things are supposed to be, and it’s so frustrating to see another store do everything so wrong. Especially time after time. Which also means it’s most likely not just one employee and probably multiple, and that could be due to multiple reasons like not caring or poor training. I will be doing my best to never order from here again because food costs way too much for it to be messed up all the time.

Atmosphere is usually great, but the service has gone downhill. There was a problem with my nachos, and it seemed like they were not happy about being asked to remake it.

Rest of the meal was enjoyable and correct.

I got a cantina bowl and when I got it out of the bag, before I even opened the bowl I seen a live fly inside of it. So freakin disgusting!!! I will never go back to this place!

The Mash
I don’t know what happened to this location, but it got so super slow with the drive thru orders. I spent 20min sitting and waiting for my not very complicated order, thus making me late. I would have driven away had I not paid for it. Absolutly terrible experience. Better training and being able to multi-task should be a requirement for this job for sure. Don’t go here unless you’ve got time to waste.

Way overpriced for fast food.
The food was not as it used to be.
Sloppy and indifferent from the past …
The place was Filthy dirty. Should have walked out due to that alone. While eating overheard I suppose a Manager speaking to an employee. I felt so sorry for this young lady.
Obviously this manager is not an effective manager.

Otherwise, the store and employees don’t care about the quality of food and customers and as well the cleaning.
Seen and heard from Management (speaking to an employee with no respect)
No wonder this is occurring.
I’mThis Taco bell used to be good.
I hope this reaches someone to correct.
