For the first time, I visited this fast-casual restaurant for lunch. Despite the winter holiday season, the restaurant was not busy at all during the weekday lunch hour. Since the Christmas music was just too loud for my eardrums, it did not improve the ambiance by evoking feelings of joy or nostalgia at all. I have read somewhere that this restaurant serves nothing but “gourmet burgers,” made with 100% all-natural beef, along with other quality ingredients. For my lunch, I went for the Rodeo Burger (to my taste buds, it was an overpriced version of BK’s Double Rodeo Burger), fries (crispy and cooked to near perfection), and carbonated soft drinks (medium-sized cups only). Oh, did I mention this restaurant has not one, but two “Coca-Cola Freestyle ” machines?! Just in case you have never been here before: the so-called “gourmet burgers” do NOT come with fries and drinks. They are sold separately. And expect to pay nearly $20.00 for all of them. No wonder this restaurant was not too busy at all. Just a reminder: Kitchen Team Members do not want diners to take Kodak moments inside the restaurant. But you already knew that, didn’t you?!

I have loved burger fi since I first ate it in downtown Silver Spring, MD. Upon entering this establishment, I was greeted by no one. The front registers had no one standing there. There was a self-checkout kiosk that I used. One of the options for fries was to add cheese. I added (what I thought) was small cups of cheese on the side. Once our ($60) order came out for my family of 5, cheese was drizzled all over our fries. This isn’t necessairly any fault of anyone there. However, when you’re speaking to a human (like I always did in Silver Spring), you can specify certain aspects of your order. My sons can’t eat cheese and their fries were ruined with cheese all over it. The highlight of our visit was Eli. He was kind, proactive and responsive. He made sure to set things right with our fries and we gave him back our original. My wife and my burgers were absolutley horrible. I’ve always exlated Burger Fi burgers over the competitors like Five Guys and shake shack etc. This was a genuie disappointment and borderline disrespectful. The disappointment was merely because of our desire for good food. The disrespect was because of the workers assumption of our inability to determine when food had been prepared beforehand and served as if it was fresh. Our food was clearly old, cold and dry. The picture I attached doesn’t do the description justice. There was no integrity from the food preparers at all. And this is a $13 burger. Utter disappointement. It is obhorent that our society has become complacent with paying a gargantuant amount of money for no service and terrible food. Send someone there to do two things: 1. Train up a manager that takes pride in customer service and quality. 2. Give Eli and handshake for me. I know that when Burger Fi was started, this is not what they had in mind. Keep that vision alive. Currently, this place doesn’t belong on the Avenue in White Marsh.

The burgers are not cheap but they are worth ever penny you pay them , they claim to no add any Norman’s , any antibiotics , no shortcuts so no excuse for you not to try their food

I had an absolutely amazing experience at BurgerFi, and it was all thanks to Chloe, who truly went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Even though she works in the kitchen and hands out orders, her positive energy and friendly attitude stood out immediately. She greeted every customer with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm, making the entire atmosphere feel welcoming and upbeat. When I received my order, everything was perfectly prepared, fresh, and clearly made with care. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work, but Chloe did and it showed in both the service and the food. She’s a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back to BurgerFi!

First time eating at this restaurant. I went in around 7pm, not too busy for a Friday night. The cashier was a nice kid. He was doing everything besides cooking. I ordered the “yes, chef burger,” regular fries and the limited edition pumpkin pie shake. The burger was delicious, well cooked and juicy. The regular fries was well seasoned and salted. The fries were the same size as the shake The shake hit the spot. I ordered to take out and ate in the outdoor area.

The service can be a lot better, including the cook who puts together the burger together like they’re in a rush. But the burgers are delicious.

Update:
Haven’t been here in over three months and it seems like the service just got worst. Now, I just ordered the CEO (as pictured) but without the sauce and what I end up getting was just two patties and the buns (as pictured). I want to give this place a chance since it’s the only one in the area but not like this.

Had the Prime rib burger with CRY + FRY (fries with onion rings). The prime burger is light because it is not typical burger patty, but prime rib is just okay. The fries are meh, very soft center but overcook/burnt on the outside. The onion ring is the only good items we had, it was fried just right and seasoned well.

Great addition to the Avenue in white marsh! Visited today for the first time, and I was VERY impressed. Staff were friendly, everything was spotless, and the food was amazing! I had the beyond burger, classic chicken sandwich, and the onion ring/fry combo. My god, the onion rings were pure perfection. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!
