It was my first time here and it would not be my last. My friend and I stopped by for lunch. The service was very pleasant. It was pretty early in the afternoon, so it was quiet. However, they did get busy. The food was pretty darn good. We started with the edamame and veggie spring roll. I highly recommend adding spice and garlic to the edamame, if you’re not in the mood for just regular sea salt. On to our main, I had the samurai noodles because I do like to have a kick of spice. It was honestly the perfect amount of kick. The shrimp was cooked very well. My friend had the teriyaki salmon, she enjoyed it despite the salmon being over cooked.
I also had the JB tempura roll to go and that was also pretty good.

They offer happy hour from 3pm-6pm so l’ll be sure to stop by to check that out as well.

I got a two for one special with no follow up from management. I ordered food Saturday night for pickup around 10pm. My bf got the hibachi chicken and got 2 rolls. He found a blue rubber band in his food. I got violently ill from what I think was the spicy tuna roll. I called the restaurant back around 3 pm the following day (the first time I was ok enough to talk) I spoke with a girl and asked to speak to a manager. She told me they were in a lunch rush and that wasn’t possible. I asked to leave a message where I detailed the above. She told me the manager was “B” and that she would be the manager on shift in the evening and that she’d call me back. I never received any phone call. Seems a bit troubling since you are gambling with people’s health with high risk food items. I was down for the entire day and had to miss work. The girl on the phone was sweet but asked what I would like for them to do? She mentioned that I could call uber for a refund which I know and is the very least I could do for myself because why would I pay for food laced with physical contaminants and food-borne illness? I said that I didn’t feel comfortable making their business decisions for them but I’d like to speak to the manager and see what she had to say. Well, I never got a call from anyone as I continued to suffer for the entire next day. So sad I had to come on here but I feel it’s a fair warning to other guests that may choose to eat here. This used to be my favorite sushi place and that has quickly changed. Goodluck eating here and/or getting a response from management. Smh

Happy hour was great! We tried a couple of sides from the menu—spring rolls and fries—and both were delicious. Had a couple of martinis that were well-made and hit the spot. Service was fast and polite, which made the experience even better. Definitely worth coming back for!

This sushi restaurant is hands down one of the best spots in Coral Springs. The modern, stylish vibe sets the tone the moment you walk in, and the happy hour is excellent—great specials and a fun, lively atmosphere.

The food is absolutely phenomenal. Everything is fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The drinks are just as impressive, and the service is consistently attentive, friendly, and professional without ever feeling rushed.

From start to finish, it’s always a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for top-tier sushi, great drinks, and a modern setting, this place is a must-visit. Easily a top spot in Coral Springs and one we keep coming back to.

I just picked up my food from this place and the French fries that I ordered for my toddler has 3 pieces of shrimp tails on them. It’s disgusting !!! I called them to get my refund for the fries and the manager told me I have to go through grubhub to get 5 dollars back. Of course he offered an excuse as to why the shrimp tails were on my fries. This isn’t the first time they get my order wrong but it’s on me for going back to this place. Checking the food before giving it away to the customers is priority but ofc they don’t care because it’s not their money. Never again.

The manager is a cosmetic cosmetic element. Protective background 3am flashlight, another nuanced type. Part One” is another win, another win, and another win is another win. Personal recognition technique. After an additional 30 minutes of waiting, the order was made, there was partially no word that some of the order had been removed from the order for which they had not even returned the money. Such a manager should be fired from his seat for being rude and disrespectful to customers.

Jaime was absolutely amazing! This is second time I’ve been here, so I don’t know the whole menu and he was so patient with me explaining everything. He even got.me napkins without me asking! Stellar service and he’s so sweet! I had great time and definitely coming back. The food is great, the sushi is so fresh and freshly prepared in front of you! I am a picky eater so I know I trust the place when I eat their raw sushi! Also they have happy hour from 3-6 and the drinks are good too! Eat here if you like sushi!

This was my first time going to Phat Boy Sushi but I’ve heard great things from family and so I was happy to try it today. Areena was an excellent waitress. She was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and overall down to earth. My party and I started off with green tea shots which didn’t disappoint. We then shared two orders of shumai, an order of steak jerky, and two orders of chicken wings in teriyaki sauce. I followed up with an Espresso Martini and a Galbi fried rice bowl for myself. The food definitely lived up to the hype I’ve heard from people I know. I will be back next time I’m in town. Thank you Areena for a great first experience.

We’ve been ordering from this restaurant every week, usually spending $50 or more, but the customer service has really gone downhill. It recently took over 10 minutes just to place an order on the phone.

When I went to pick up my order, I asked for spicy mayo and eel sauce as I’ve always done, and this time I was told there’s a new policy and was charged extra. It’s not about the money — it’s about the customer experience. No one explained the change ahead of time, and instead of feeling like a valued, loyal customer, I felt brushed off.

We used to look forward to ordering here, but now it feels like the focus is less on keeping customers happy and more on squeezing out small charges. Really disappointing.

I’m struggling a bit with this one. There were a lot of high points with the food, but one dish in particular was a disappointment. I ordered the teriyaki steak noodles, which were missing bean sprouts and had hardly any sauce at all and kind of presented as dry noodles. Perhaps that’s how it was supposed to be? If so, I didn’t love it. And then when I mentioned it to the waitress, and asked for the bean sprouts, they never came and I was told the only sauce on the noodles was soy sauce. Otherwise, the rest of the food was pretty good. Service, while warm and friendly was also slow and inconsistent. Hopefully we get a chance to try again before we leave to go back home, because there’s a ton of potential here.
