Reliable lunch stop on our way to/from Door County. Employees are always nice and my order tastes the exact same every time, which is good because that’s how I like it. Never had a problem besides hitting the lunch rush. Restroom is a restroom- appreciated convenient shelving unit. Smells pleasantly of sandwich ingredients. Classic Subway experience.

I have been addicted to Subway as of recent. This Subway had great fast service. I also got the perfect amount of napkins, any more than 2. The italian bun that I got was perfectly soft, despite it being 6:15pm. The oatmeal raised cookies I got were perfect as well. They put the perfect amount of everything inside my sub!

Service was great, subs had no taste. My sub was supposed to be toasted, I think someone forgot to turn oven on, because the cheese was not melted at all.

Stopped to get a quick lunch check in Ostburg on our way to Ellison Bay. It took 35 minutes yes to place our order (12:10pm on 08/17/2019). Then staff confused orders and gave me the wrong sandwich. They had to remake mine.

Kind of strange Subway. I was surprised to see a Subway in Wisconsin that had Swiss Cheese. They don’t have that in nearby Sheboygan. However, they seemed to have no idea what sweet peppers were. I asked for some and was give mild banana peppers. And then was told that’s all they have besides green peppers and jalapeños. Never seen a Subway without those… just strange. Coffee was disgusting but I didn’t expect much.
Location is out in the middle of nowhere but yet they still get business around noon, that’s cool. Good service otherwise, clean place, ample parking.

The management is terrible at best. my last 2 visits I had to listen to her complain about my former employer how they made a mistake on her car and tells everyone how bad that place is to go to.
Please just stick to making subs I just want my lunch!

This Subway had one employee working at 5pm on a Wednesday. There was one man ahead of us who said he had been waiting for a while. The worker notified the man ahead of us only that she just received an order for 8 subs. She asked a coworker to come in early for their shift which I assumed would be coming in to help with the huge 8 sub order. But no! This lady started to make 8 SUBS even though there was FOUR customers waiting right in front of her. The other man and all three of us in our party left and went to a near by subway. Management needs to learn how to train their employees in customer service and this employee seemed very new and uncomfortable making subs let alone left in the store alone. Very unprofessional and totally avoidable situation!!
