I ordered and paid for 2 extra shots in my Frappuccino, she asked me to type in a tip for her and I obliged. However, the drink didn’t even seem to have the shots it is required to have, and definitely not the extra ones I paid for. The entire cup was filled with canned whipped topping instead. They were not busy either, just rude.

I think this is the most friendly Starbucks I’ve been to. Customers and employees seemed very personable with each other, even recognizing regulars. It had a local coffee shop vibe, not just corporate. The music was quite loud for being able to read or work inside though. Overall, it was a good experience and the place was clean too.

It wasn’t until I got out of the parking lot that I noticed it myself but my grande drink was barely halfway filled, and that includes with the whipping on top. The disappointing part is that I know someone does the whip cream on top so they would’ve seen that the cup was barely half filled, and still just whip creamed it and moved on. We had multiple drinks so I didn’t notice right away but very disappointed that they let that happen when someone clearly fills it and would’ve noticed it. The cherry on top was that someone wrote “Yummy” on the cup, so they must’ve thought the other half of my drink was yummy .

Sometimes this starbucks absolutely nails it, like when I order my teas and I order it sweetened with honey, always done. or I make extra syrup requests in my hot drinks 8 out of 10 times it’s done. But ANY Frappuccino I’ve ordered in the past 4-5 orders has been half to 3/4 foam and THEN the coffee portion I’m actually ordering and paying that hefty price for. That is ridiculous.

I asked for 2 extra shots of espresso. The cashier rang my order up as a double, and charged the extra $2.50 and asked for a tip. I obliged. However there were no extra shots, as I asked and was charged for. The drink is originally a double, I don’t believe they even put the original 2 shots into it. They put extra whipped topping instead, a lot. It wasn’t busy either. I was the only car in the drive through.

This location has the worst access imaginable. It also has the worst coffee products. Always weak and poorly made, added to the extensive difficulty of access and wait time make this a location to avoid at all costs. Starbucks inside Kroger in Greenville Ohio is a much better location and value you get is more inline with the high price you pay for their products.

I’d have to say that this Starbucks is one of the best ones that I’ve been to. 1. Service is quick. 2. Service is friendly 3. Nice seating options. 4. PLUGS for electronics! EDIT: 10/19-Staying again nearby and spent several hours over 2 days doing work at this Starbucks. Staff is exceptional. Every single one of them was friendly. You can tell many of them have been there for awhile as they recognized regulars and even greeted a few by name. Areas were kept clean. In fact this probably the cleanest Starbucks that I’ve been to. It looks like it’s due for a remodel. Hopefully it won’t be transformed into a sterile environment. Thanks all for your hospitality!

I was there Friday morning, I had to go in to order because order ahead hasn’t been available for a week now like why do they keep turning it off? . I stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone came up to take my order, there were staff members standing around talking and laughing. at least three standing at the drive thru window talking, two at the espresso machine talking and a couple by the food warmer and some others just walking around. THEY ALL SAW ME STANDING THERE!! not one of them said hi or ill be with you shortly NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME until the line started to get longer.
