She checked on us often, had a great attitude, and made us feel really taken care of. It’s always nice when a server goes the extra mile, and Kat definitely did that.

This place seems mostly known as a Cajun seafood bar – I probably shouldn’t have had any expectations for their ramen.
It’s far from any authentic ramen I’ve had. The miso was bland, as if they just boiled miso paste and served it as broth. The tonkotsu broth looked like a soy sauce base without the depth or richness you’d expect from a tonkotsu soup.
I’ve had disappointing ramen before and usually still finish the bowl. Unfortunately, I can’t get myself to take this ramen seriously, much less finish it. Perhaps the better tasting ramen here is hidden by the spices, but I’d encourage you to try something else other than their ramen at this time.
