The pizza here was so good. I really appreciate their attention to detail and fresh local ingredients. All their pizza is made from scratch and they have gluten-free pizza if you need that. I’m a full gluten girl myself so I got “The Nonna” The basil and tomatoes were so fresh! I almost ate the whole thing! I brought my remaining 2 pieces home for later. I loved the atmosphere with all the vintage decorations. It’s certainly a unique spot. I came right when they opened on a Monday so I can’t speak on how busy it gets. But if you want quiet time to eat a delicious pizza come right when they open on a rainy Monday! Definitely check out the bathroom doors while you’re there lol. My studio is near by so I’ll be in more often!

I live in Durham, so when I get a chance, I will travel to Lily’s in Raleigh! I did for my Birthday a few days ago and it NEVER disappoints! Their salads have even gotten bigger and the candied pecans ARE BACK!! A true gem in 5 Points!
The only request: Go back to the Ranch dressing that tasted good. The one you buy for restaurants. Kraft Ranch is not the same!

One of our new favorite spots in Raleigh! The pizza is out of this world and the options are so unique and different, offering something for everyone. We dined in and enjoyed a gluten free Gaia’s Revenge and Greek salad- the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The dine in experience was great and laid back. Customer service was 10/10, such friendly and attentive staff! Highly recommend Lily’s Pizza! We will be back!

The pizza is good, but over priced. They gave us wings it was still frozen in the middle. The lady at the register was so rude. The Caesar salad dressing tastes like it has mustard. I asked the lady who bought our pizza for some napkins, She looked at me so confused. My son said they don’t do that here you have get your own. All the tables had napkins but ours. It was just weird.

Love the pizza! Our Pizza and salad were wonderful as always when we visit.
The cashier at lunch today Friday, January 30th had zero customer service skills. His cellphone had more priority. Not friendly or helpful. But kuddos for the food.

Crust tasted great, but the toppings didn’t melt all of the way. No alfredo sauce on pizza that claimed it. Very little chicken. Used to be much better quality. Almost no one was there on Saturday at 7 when I picked it up.

Ugh. Mid grade za. They put about as much effort into this place as the food.
They have on set of prices on a giant chalkboard and screens with totally different prices. They also have two sets of hours on their door windows They can’t even be bothered by providing plates or even a surfing utensil for the pizza when it eventually comes out.
Won’t be returning.

I ordered an extra pepperoni medium pizza ($18). The service was fast and good but the pizza was awful. It had me asking my lady how the best pizza spot in Raleigh has become the absolute worse spot in Raleigh. Little Caesar’s and Big Cheese pizza are better than this crap. They should stop calling themselves Lilly’s because this is nowhere near the place it use to be. Sad sad sad. Please sale this spot to someone who cares and knows how to make good pizza.

It’s been a while since got pizza from Lily’s. Maybe several years. Back then the pizza was held in high esteem. Ordered a large cheese pizza today 1/8/2026 and I can honestly say it was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Flavorless, overcooked, rubbery dough that cost $22 dollars. If that’s what Lily’s puts out now then ownership needs to do an evaluation of what the he’ll has happened to the pie. Just not acceptable for the money. I would go as far as saying Little Ceasar’s would beat this pizza in a blind taste test. Please fix it.
