Oh. My. Goodness!!!! I’m in love! My husband and I aren’t from around here but we came out to visit my father and decided to grab some food before we headed home. The amount of Flavor in each piece of food is Phenomenal! Definately one of the best BBQ places we’ve ever been. The chicken is super juicy and tender. Love this place, first time customer. Server Christensen (?) was friendly and knowledgeable.
Bbq pulled pork was outstanding. I love sweet potato fries, but was put off by the fact that they put sugar on them. Maybe for a dessert, but not to go with your meal.

Not a whole lot of people there on a Sunday night, but with proper advertisement, you can get a hell of a lot of people there.

Firewater BBQ is absolutely next level! The brisket is straight fire, tender and packed with flavor. The pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the burnt ends are out of this world, smoky, juicy, and perfectly caramelized. Every bite is pure perfection. The staff is friendly and on point, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The atmosphere and decor tie it all together, clean, warm, and full of that authentic BBQ vibe. Delicious! Met my daughter here a few weeks ago. Tried the pulled pork, brisket and burnt ends. Everything was on point! Cornbread is awesome too! Enjoyed the food so much, I had lunch with my son yesterday here because I wanted him to try it. He agreed, excellent food! Had to stick with burnt ends and brisket, but tried the smoked cheddar jalapeno sausage, wow, that’s great too! Really nice dining area, rustic barn/warehouse look that fits a bbq joint perfectly. Try It, you’ll like it ; )

My wife and I ordered the Smokehouse Salad and the Pulled Pork Cheese Fry. They were both delicious. She’s typically not the biggest fan of smoked meats, but here, she couldn’t have enough. Also the service was exceptional and the manager on duty really loves his job and it shows. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. We got pulled pork and brisket with fries and onion rings. It comes with corn bread. Everyone has different tastes, but we thought it was good. I like it better when you can put your own sauce on the meat. The meat was tasty as well as the corn bread. We’d stop in again when we’re in the area.

I have ordered catering, to go and have dined in here. I have not left a review until now as the food has always been serviceable. Today 2/15 that changed. The brisket was excellent, the pork was excellent. Its what I have been waiting for from these guys. Really, really good smoked meats. Super excited to eat more!

We felt welcome from the minute we walked in the door. This is definitely one of the tastiest barbecue places I have had in a while. I tried the ribs, chicken, chicken, wings, thick bacon, pulled pork, creamy coleslaw and cornbread. The meats I listed in order of preference. I definitely will be back.

Great food. The brisket practically melted in your mouth. The Chicago sweet bbq sauce had a nice tang to it. Sides were tasty. Service was great, staff was very friendly. Not overpriced. Highly recommend.

Food is excellent! Got the burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket. All three were delicious and juicy, practically melt in your mouth. Their cornbread is also a highlight and is never dry. Highly recommend!
