Not only did someone else pick up my order after I had been fasting all day they proceeded to give me low portions on everything. The cashier was very sweet but the lady who I believe was the manager didn’t apologize when giving me my food and seemed to have an attitude. I advise going to the one by the high-school or going inside to order

I gave this location three tries before leaving a review. The first time I had went in about 6pm on a Wednesday and most of the food containers were completely empty. I asked for chicken and was told they were out of everything unless I saw it out already. Said they were closing soon (10pm is their closing time) I ended up leaving. The second time I placed an online order for pickup. Didn’t wait long but the food was practically inedible. Had no taste, everything was bland. The beans and rice were crunchy and the chips were stale. This last time I again placed an online order for pickup and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line to get my order. There is no way to cancel the order or to call inside the store (I was going to ask if I could come inside to pick up). So I had to wait. Finally got my food home (I only live about 2 miles from this location) and everything was cold. You could tell it had sat for a long while. And again completely bland and tasteless. I’ve never experienced such slow service or employees who just do not care. I honestly didn’t see 1 adult worker any of the times I’ve been. There also weren’t any customers in the dining room which says a lot about the atmosphere of the place. It didn’t used to be like this. This location used to be one of my favorites. It’s just gone seriously downhill the last year or so.

Alright, so I’m conflicted, and I hate leaving reviews that feel like their targeted towards the workers rather than the company itself, but it’s happened enough to where I feel the need to weigh in. This particular location is so hit or miss and lately it’s been miss after miss. When you do a job, you do it with the intention of leaving a good impression, no matter what it is that you’re doing. 27 years old and I feel that it’s not hard to understand that. Making two separate burrito bowls with the correct ingredients CANNOT be that difficult. I order one with chicken, veggies, salsas and a few other toppings. My fiancee orders another one with steak, a few specific toppings and a side tortilla. Whoever is back there making orders MUST be doing it cross-eyed to mix up the meat and toppings for both bowls. She gets the meat I ordered with some of her toppings and some of mine, and vice versa. This is not the first time this has happened. This is probably the 10th or 11th time this has happened. It sucks too, because this is our closest chipotle, and I don’t want to drive 25-30 minutes to the one I KNOW does a good job.
It’s incompetence. They’re being paid to mess up. And next time I walk in to get a pickup order, I shouldn’t have to butt in a conversation between workers standing around back there to give my name for pickup. Do your job and you will notice results.

I ordered food yesterday 02/07/2026 to pick up thru the drive thru. The person in front of me was waiting for 30 minutes or more. After 30 minutes it was my turn to pick up and the the two ladies that were there were talking and laughing and didn’t even have my order ready 40 minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I waited 20 minutes at the window with them not checking on me just talking and messing around. When the lady finally noticed I was there she asked me for my name and left for another 10 minutes and when she came back she gave me the order that was already there. WHAT DID SHE LEAVE FOR? Who knows. Why should anyone have to be waiting for 20-40 minutes while the worker are talking and messing around. Check the cameras. This type of service is unacceptable.

UPDATE: I was probably this location’s best customer until tonight (see my rating below). I usually arrive around 7:30 after the gym, as I did this evening. I noticed a new crew, but didn’t think much about it. The lady in front of me was treated like her bowl was feeding a family. However, when I ordered mine, I got stingy half portions of everything. It was so obvious – the fajitas I was given were relegated to a few tiny strips of pepper and onion. When I asked if I could get more, she said no because they weren’t making more and that what they had needed to last them all night. Keep in mind they’re open until 11:00… they were also nearly out of mild salsa, so I got a tablespoon-sized dab of that.
I left with the saddest and lightest bowl ever. I ate it, but had to make a sandwich afterwards.

I’ve spent about 5 years coming to this Chipotle and tonight was the night that made me crack to post a review about it. Over the years, I’ve witnessed this location have subpar food quality compared to other stores, I’ve had parts of my order wrong or forgotten, I’ve seen lines wrapped around the building, and I’ve seen the store struggle mightily when any real rush hits it, both for inside ordering and the To-Go lane. Tonight, I ordered a burrito online and ended up waiting in the car line for 65 minutes with only 10 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, the four staff members inside left me waiting for 10 additional minutes before they asked my name and quickly gave me my bag. In that 10 minute period, I witnessed three of the staff members struggle to replace the ticketing printout paper and make no effort whatsoever to get the car line down. The parking of this particular location is such where, if there is a line, other cars attempting to park to go inside or leave the lot end up going the wrong way, getting stuck for long periods of time, or people start to get more and more agitated with one another. After watching this particular store struggle for years in a pretty busy/popular suburb of Columbus, I truly have to assume that it is poor management with poor training/hiring practices to allow for a store to be run this way. I do not intend to come back to this store and, for the end of this visit, my burrito was missing guac, chicken, and brown rice like I asked. Incredible.

Shoutout to the Chipotle staff—WOW.
Huge thank you to the manager who personally delivered my purse to my house yesterday. I didn’t even realize I had left it behind, but they went out of their way to make sure it got back to me—with everything still inside.
That kind of honesty and kindness deserves to be recognized.
I’ve already noticed a shift at this location lately—the food’s been fresher, and the staff noticeably more upbeat and welcoming. But this? Above and beyond. Thank you so much, truly.

By far the worst chipotle in east columbus. nobody here moves with urgency. Everyone is slow, I would be embarrassed if I was the owner / GM hiring half of the employees that work at this location. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Change the business model to your paid on the speed of which you get people in and out, I promise these employees will move with urgency. But for now, terrible experience.

Slowest Chipotle in columbus. I turned around and walked out when someone said they had been waiting for 30 minutes already by the door and not even close to the front. Chipotle as a company awesome, wish we had the old 2016 prices but its all good, but the workers here slack slack slack.

This Chipotle has the worst drive-thru experience! You will sit in line for 10+ minutes. I just sat for 20 minutes waiting for my turn and there was only one car ahead of me. It’s absolutely ridiculous. No wonder they always have a line wrapped around the building
