This shake shack is so nice! Very clean, and really wonderful employees. They were very attentive, and cleaning everything constantly. A very nice young man named Jonathan even asked how we were doing, if everything was good, like a real sit down restaurant. Only downside was my son didn’t like his chocolate shake, he said it tasted weird- to me it did taste slightly different like they changed the recipe or made it wrong. Thicker and sweeter maybe or a slightly artificial taste- hard to describe. Chicken bites were good.

Found a staple in my burger, soda was flat and though I ordered the same burgers, one had everything I ordered and the other was missing the bacon and avocado. So, besides the safety issue and the bad quality control, they also can’t follow directions. I also called to follow up with a manager, and they never called me back.
At least they were nice when I went back to get the order fixed, although the manager on duty shrugged the incidents off as normal ♂️.

No im very piss and very disgusted with this place and the cooking workers supposedly” , i gotten my food 2 hours ago from here and of course i take a bite from my burger to make sure its well done and there always are unlike shake shack, my burger was literally pink inside i told them well done seems like i need to do sign language and a whole lesson on that. Called the manger didn’t pick up don’t get anything from here unless u wanna get sick sure. 0/10 i rather make my own burger least mines wont be pink inside

So far , this location is great especially with outdoor seating. The double shack burger was delicious , beef patties were cooked well done , juicy , and tasty! Same with the fries , has a good amount of salt on them. The strawberry milkshake was also very good. I’d say this shake shack spot is recommended.

When I walked in, I asked one of the workers can I order here she looked at me and passed by and told the other girl with an attitude. Oh take her order. Great burgers and I love the fries. Great drinks but pricey. The restaurant is clean. There is outdoor and indoor dining available. Excellent , friendly staff.

I just watched an employee with black gloves on come out and help a customer on the touch pad, with his gloves on then went back to stirring the fries thst were being made with the same gloves on. Management need to train there people better.
