Food was decent. Service on the other hand. Terrible. Placed an order at 8:10 said it would be done at 8:17. Food was not being made or prepped and got order at 8:40. Sitting here while they just walked around confused. DoorDash was also waiting while I was waiting. Order was missing items and the employees wanted to argue and act stupid when bringing up that missing items. Berry annoyed and not coming.

Im so mad. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme, without tomatoes and I asked if they can add black beans, they said yes. I get to my house take a bite, theres no seasoned beef, I take another bite to make sure, still nothing, I unwrap it and nothing. I got the supreme wrap and not the black bean wrap for a reason. I wanted seasoned beef on mine, i was craving it all day. Im so disappointed.

We order 3 refrescas and they’re awful. None of them taste like the should and the worst one is the dragon fruit lemonade, cause we saw the picture from outside and doesn’t even look like the one we got.
Strawberry and passionfruit lemonade is so artificial that your tongue would have a weird taste after drinking it and pineapple flavor it’s just more of the same horrible taste. Don’t waste your money.

Waited 15 minutes for a single deluxe box. Both tacos had been sitting for so long that the shells were stuck to the wrappers. Not to mention they were falling apart. Crunchwrap was only filled halfway with meat. At least the nachos were decent. I have never received fresh food at this location or the one near the corner of Piney Green and 24. The other locations are satisfactory, but don’t waste your time at this one.

My kids only want meat and cheese on their tacos. There was hardly anything in them it was basically just the shell! The employee at the window was rude. She handed us the bag of tacos we check to make sure the sauce was in there that they asked if we wanted. As we are checking she is holding a crave box out the window just waving it around shaking the food all around. When we got home the cheese for the nachos kid was off and the cheese was all over the other items wrappers. I do t recommend going here at all! Worst service and tacos ever.

I had order food from the drive through, by the time I got to the window and paid for my food. All I heard was a sick employee sneezing and coughing all around the food. I almost asked for a refund but instead just disregarded the food in the trash. It would be nice not to have sickly people working over the food while sick. It’s other ways that employee could have helped out.

They burnt the chicken and put it in anyways, they ruined every ingredient of the bowls, still managed to underportion it and gave it to me… I ordered 2 chicken cantina bowls, customized, with seasoned fries, easy on the lettuce, and green sauce. Both had a very small portion with a huge empty space in the bowls. There was no fries added. The chicken was so overcoocked it was red and dry. Not edible. The rice was overcooked and mushy. They put extra lettuce in it even though I put easy. There was no green sauce. Both of these we not able to be eaten since it was only 3 ingredients and 2 of them were bad. I want my money back, taco bell has never done me this wrong before. Feels like this was borderline spiteful. I wouldnt give this to my enemies.

Burnt trash. Went there after my last cancer treatment to reward myself and first of all there was no breakfast menu on the board, once the worker told me they had quesadillas available, I asked for a chicken quesadilla since she wasn’t specific on what kind of quesadilla. She said they don’t serve lunch for breakfast. I asked what did they have for breakfast, once I finally got thru the long conversation of what could have been avoided due to the menu not being on the board, I get no sauce, nor asked if I wanted any, and this burnt trash. One piece doesn’t even have sausage on it. So thanks Taco Bell, for a wasted $3.95 and for time I can’t get back. I went home and made a much better quesadilla with real sausage, egg and cheese on a low carb tortilla…you literally can’t buy any good fast food now days. Please stop asking for $15 an hour when your food and service turn out like this. Oh and I have no receipt to make a complaint to the store, but according to the other reviews the manager is trash too so that would have been pointless. Never coming here again.

I have never really had any issues with this particular location, but tonight I received a burnt crunch wrap. It smells and tastes horrible. How could this have been packaged and allowed to be given to a customer?
