I want to leave a good review but I have yet to receive a delivery where a food item is not missing. Just received our order tonight. Missing one of the sides. Check receipt and it is on the receipt but not in the bag. We only got one French fry. They should probably bold the side that comes with the bundle so it’s harder to miss…

Went in at 6:00 pm. Service was terrible. Didn’t take our order until 7:00. Food was lukewarm. Bills were messed up. She had to correct mine 3 times. Spent almost 30 minutes correcting another bill. By the time it was all said and done it was 9:30 before some of our group were able to leave. This was my first time eating there and it was very disappointing. I used to be a waitress and know how stressful this line of work is. But, she was somewhat rude and should have asked for help. Management was very poor as well. Just a very disappointing experience.

Food is consistently mediocre which i appreciate consistency. Service lately has been pretty slow and leaves a lot to be desired. Wings did come out cold, rest of the food was hot. I didn’t complain, we had been waiting long enough already.

This Buffalo Wild Wings has really gone downhill.. You are better off eating at one of local restaurants where they actually care about you and your food. Management is terrible at this business and seems to only care about “being the best” but they in fact are the worst.

Food was ok. Onion rings great. Chicken strips too hard and over fried. The hostess is nice but the servers don’t care. The neighboring tables both spilled full glasses of ice and water on the floor and several waitresses just stepped over it and left it until it absorbed into the carpet. The food is messy and hard to eat politely. Bowls and trays to small for the food. But worst of all is the noise!! So loud you literally could not speak to the person beside you!

Will not be back! Everything I order pickup, the food is cold and old. Bartenders always seem like they despise having to give the take out orders! Ordered last night….said order would be ready at 9:20. Arrived at 9:18……had to wait 5 minutes being told they were bagging it up. Got food home, cheese sticks were rock hard and cold, wedges and burgers were all cold. NOT warm but COLD! stickers on all food said it was done at 9:07 so why wasn’t it ready when I showed up and why was it done at 9:07 if the order wasn’t to be picked up until 9:20. Ridiculous for the price! Won’t Be Back!!

I live in the next city over but I was in Ashland, so my daughter and I came to the B Dubs here. We’ll let’s just say I prefer this location hands down and 2 thumbs up! The food was the biggest difference and I really appreciate the yummy hot food as well as our boneless and wings were covered in the rub and sauce perfectly! No need to ask for more of the flavor. Our server Aubrey was kind spoken, nice presence and served us well. All around an excellent experience and I may save my Bdubs cravings for when I’m in Ashland now! Thank you so much we appreciate you all there.

The appetizers were a little under cooked but just not browned, same with the wings, still had the fatty on the skins. Our waitress was superb and great personality!
